What an awful service and inappropriate attitude towards customers.
I just have been in this place and have been very poorly treated by Esperanca Cafala, with whom I made the payment. An unprofessional and rude employee. Don't ruin the business of others and the Sunday mornings of the clients! Change the job.
When I entered, she was barely walking towards the cashier and she rubbed her eyes as if she had just fallen out of bed. I asked in a kind way for the coffee, instead she was really bothered by being there, I asked her "are you angry with me?". She looked at me even worse. To minimize the interactions with such an unpleasant person, I asked to talk with the other employee. I expressed to the other girl how poorly Esperanca behaved with me and that I wanted to make the payment with someone else. She apologised for Esperanca's behaviour and took my order in a kind way.
Unfortunately Esperanca did not apologise for her unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour and did not move from the cashier, instead she continued to look at me with a nasty and bothered face.
Although I asked to have the coffee and the croissant in the place, they prepared it to take away. As you can see in the picture.
While waiting for the coffee the employees started to argue among them with high tones, really inappropriate considering several clients were seating and waiting for their orders. I hope the management will change the employees in this shop and hire new ones who are really willing to work and be kind.
I wanted to have a nice breakfast for my Sunday morning, instead I had an awful experience.
I am attaching also the receipt for the owners to take a serious procedure with this rude employee.

Read moreFui a loja buscar croissants para o pequeno almoço. Quando cheguei de volta a casa verifiquei que estava a faltar um. De imediato voltei para reclamar e, após verificarem o conteúdo embalagem e confrontar (?) com a fatura, foi-me ressarcido o faltoso. Em nenhum momento foi oferecida qualquer coisa de forma a reparar o transtorno/constrangimento causado. Pois bem, fiz a reclamação pelo Instagram e prontamente recebi uma resposta, ainda que sem identificação, a desculpar-se e prometendo um voucher como forma de reparação, a ser enviado no DIA SEGUINTE. Passados SETE DIAS nada recebi. Novamente reclamei, agora da falta (grave) de atenção ao cliente. Devolveram-me uma desculpa a dizer que a pessoa que estava a tratar do meu caso (?) estava doente.
