We came here as we love feitoria in Lisbon, where the chef was trained.

We loved the starters, straciatella, onion pie and the bread course. Sauces were very good. The sweet potato gnocchi were outstanding as well.

The Entrecote was extremely chewy, did not arrive medium (too done) and was too cold. 2 fast bites in it was completely cold. Flavours and sauces were still great. Sauteed veggies one piece was extremely salty, the rest lacked salt. Expectation at this price point is perfection.

The tables are somehow wobbly. Seems like a manufacturer issue really.but all around tables wobble all the time.

The servers were a bit too pushy to take the order and served strangely loud. Might be due to the wobbly tables. Rest of service was spotless, fast, funny...

This place is a true hidden gem. I’ve dined at many Michelin-starred restaurants, but when I stumbled upon Exuberante, I had no particular expectations. Yet, from the very first bite, it was clear — this restaurant is something special and more than worthy of a star.

Everything was just right: the food, the service, the presentation. They work with local ingredients and follow a zero-waste philosophy, and you can taste the difference in every bite. There’s no snobbery, no pretense — just incredible food made by people who clearly love what they do.

I had an excellent meal with my wife, outstanding food and a very special experience. I doubt the restaurant will be without a Michelin star for long.

The cocktails are notable and we were given really good advice on what we would enjoy from the barman.

We were hosted very well, and Alexandra was especially great, giving perfect recommendations on the menu and suggesting wine and ports that were amazing - you can be confident in trusting any of her suggestions.
