We, two tourists, went to the park to stroll and look at the sunset, and in search for a toilet, entered the arena, where some gastronomy was served, and asked, also if there was a public toilet nearby.

We were told by someone at the food stand that we'd have to consume something to enter the toilet which is closed by a coded lock, and that the public toilet that's nearby is closed.

Spoiler: we later found it and discovered it was open.

We then bought some drinks, coca cola - from a can and quite expensive. The staff was courteous. The cans were left closed and we were told the code for the toilet right away, so people at the drinks stand knew what was up as well.

The drinks were cool and refreshing, at least, and the single open toilet was clean enough.

But I have the strong feeling that we were intentionally misled about the status of the public toilet, which left a bitter aftertaste. Had we been told the truth, or gotten the service to enter the toilet anyway, I might still have consumed something, it looked nice enough there. But like this, I can't give a better rating, that is not...

The seats for people with a disability were really hard to access as they were miles away from where we entered the building, through the backstage area, up in a lift and a further fairly long way then down some small stairs. I am on crutches and found it very hard going 😞 once you're up there, you can't get down again without waiting for a member of staff to come get you as the lift uses a special key or trying to navigate some very slippy stairs so I couldn't get any drinks or snacks or anything once I was up there. The view from the seats in the disabled section was ok but could have been better, it would have been cool to be a bit nearer to the action! Muitos destacam a necessidade de realizar mais concertos musicais neste local, em detrimento de outras arenas "de nome" que frequentemente desapontam em termos de qualidade. Isso demonstra a capacidade deste espaço para se destacar como um local de eleição para eventos musicais de alto nível.

A organização de eventos no Super Bock Arena já fez vários concertos bem-sucedidos que comprovam o histórico do local. O retorno após anos só reforça o quanto este espaço é incrível.
