We went here with high expectations based on all the reviews. Our server was extremely kind and attentive and we really wanted to like the food better than we did. So we are sorry to report that he was the best aspect of the restaurant. They serve a version of Asian fusion that doesn’t have the depth or finesse inherent to Asian flavors. The “ramen” is made with somen noodles. The “Thai fried rice” was bland, the mushroom and scallops were drowning in a miso paste sauce, while the miso soup was bland. The main objection we had was with the sushi: the rice was cold and the wasabi paste was rock hard. Cold sushi rice is only expected in sushi that is premade and stored in a supermarket refrigerator. Definitely a unique dining experience, it's a small little place with a cozy atmosphere, the service was great, the servers as well as chefs were very nice and forthcoming.

The food was incredible, the sushi was among the best I've ever had. The fish was so fresh it practically melted in your mouth, and being able to see the chef prepare it beforehand makes you appreciate the final product.

If there's one thing I'd want to lament, it's perhaps both the pricing and portioning of the starter menu. The advertisement made it seem like it would be 15€ for two people, however, to my surprise it ended up being 15€ per person, which was a bit much, even with the quality of the food.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at YUJIN Sushi Foz restaurant, and I must say, it was an unforgettable sushi experience. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for something special. The ambiance was elegant, the service impeccable, and the star of the show, the sushi, was nothing short of extraordinary.

Chef Saroj and his team are true masters of their craft. The presentation of each dish was a work of art, almost too beautiful to eat. But once I took that first bite, I was transported to sushi heaven. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every mouthful, and the flavors were a perfect balance of traditional and innovative.
