LightHouse Apartments - Foz do Douro — Hotel in Porto

Air conditioning was broken. Manager refused to help with even a simple fan despite daily requests for help. It was impossible to sleep with the windows closed and equally impossible to sleep with the windows open. The street is very, very noisy and bright. 4 sleepless nights. We were exhausted. Would not recommend staying here. Sink was also broken and wouldn’t drain. My partner had to finish shaving in a pizza box. Very disappointed as this place had great reviews.

Update to my review to address the reply from Lighthouse to it: the sink wouldn’t drain when we arrived. It wasn’t a big deal, to be clear just an inconvenience. there was no fan for the room. I asked management for one and he said sorry he didn’t have. it is 100% true we did not make the bed before checking out. I thought sheets were normally changed after check out. If it is customary to make the bed before checking out then...

Vraiment bien situé. L'arrêt du bus 500 est a un coin de rue , l'épicerie à 4 min à pied,petit pub et café tout près et evidement la plage est à proximité. Nous avons été super bien acceuilli . Serviettes de plage ,sac de plage et parasol ont été bien apprécié etant donné que nous n'avons pas beaucoup de place dans nos bagages. Vraiment propre .Seul bémol : un petit peu de trafic qui fais un petit peu de bruit la nuit mais ce n'est pas terrible...Je...
