The head waitress publicly berated an employee, for no fault of his, in front our entire group by turning to us and saying - "These people come here and they don't speak any English and they don't speak any Portuguese. They do bad things." The waiter was from India.
We had asked that food be brought out as it is prepared. This message was passed onto the kitchen who when instructed the waiter to take the food out. It seems the head waitress was out of the loop and got angry and looked at our group and made the comment about the waiter. Was she expecting agreement?
