Pukiki Curry — Restaurant in Sesimbra

If you have food allergies, you want to be very careful. This restaurant only does online orders anymore, which we were not aware of when we ordered. Upon arrival to the place it was not clear that anyone was in there as the restaurant was dark and locked. Knocking on the door and window was helpful, but I almost left thinking no one was there. The most problematic thing was that we wrote multiple times in our order that due to allergies none of the by us listed ingredients could be in the food. When I asked to double check that no peanuts were added to the food I was told that there were only a few on top of one dish. I recently visited Pukiki Curry and I was thoroughly impressed! The interior is absolutely beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The decor is modern yet cozy, with attention to detail that adds to the overall ambiance.

As for the food, it was simply outstanding! Every dish we tried was full of rich flavors and perfectly cooked. The spices were well-balanced, and the presentation was spot on. One of the best curry’s that I’ve had, really really good. The guys in the kitchen truely know what they’re doing and you can taste their skills in the kitchen. However good this was, for us this wasn’t even the best part; Carina, our server for the night, was unbelievably kind and having her as our waitress was a real pleasure.
