While our waiter was very pleasant, the food was a little disappointing. The samosa dough was lovely and crispy, but the inside was filled with a cheap vegetable mix that you get from the freezer. The onion Bahji was definitely previously made and then refried for us so it was limp and oily. For our main course, we ordered malai kofta, beef masala and the lamb madras. The sauce on all three dishes was absolutely fabulous, however, the lamb and beef were so tough, it was difficult to cut even with a knife! I was so looking forward to the lamb madras that was supposed to have a half level of picante to it. Unfortunately, it tasted the same as the beef. Read moreThey have many vegan options in their vegetarian section of the menu. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The servers were nice and helpful to our specific needs. They also were able to speak English which makes things easy for me as my Portuguese is still rather basic.
The only downside was that the outdoor seating was limited and not very comfortable. Just a few small folding-style tables right on the sidewalk. If you need outdoor seating and want it to be comfortable, I would look at other options. Everything...
