Simply a bad experience, especially considering prices - We've ordered the grilled prawns set, for 15 euros per person - what you get for that is a plate of tiger prawns (which taste totally generic, like they came straight out from freezer of Pingo Doce), couple of plain potatos, seasoned with salt and simple side salad. The quality of food was at best subpar, for the price range, but not revolting on its own. The worst part was swarm of flies around the table, that were atacking constantly and sitting on the food - coupled that with messy process of peeling of prawns bits and it renders whole experience as dreadful unappetizing nuisance. Asked for resolution, waiter(owner?) gave Us little supposedly-anti-flies candle and - later - moved Us to another table. It helped slightly, but the question about the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the place remains...

The staff were friendly but that did not make up for the fact that more than ten minutes passed between the arrival of the first and last meal. We were a group of five. It was also a long wait for the food after ordering. I could see from other diners that we were not alone.

After the service dropped my partner's chips on the floor during service she had to wait ten minutes for some more, by which time her steak was cold.

When I entered the restaurant to ask about my meal I saw that chips were being cooked using a domestic air fryer. It is clear that the restaurant is not equipped to meet demand.

Prices are also very high when compared to other similar 'tasca' style restaurants and the food was no better.

The above problems are easily rectified, and I wish the owners good luck, but I will not...

This was honestly one of the most disappointing meals we’ve had in a long time.

The burger tasted like a cheap supermarket product—dry, bland, and served on bread so stale it fell apart in our hands. No sauce or anything.

The dining area was swarming with flies to the point that we could hardly eat. It was extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable.

But the most shocking detail was being charged for tap water. We have traveled extensively and have never encountered this before—it felt like taking advantage of guests.
