We were charged €16 as a city tax upon arrival, which wasn’t listed on the invoice or mentioned on the website—be aware! The room was completely empty of amenities: no water, no kettle, no coffee machine. We had to pay €3 just for a bottle of water.
The breakfast is fine if you’re only staying one night, as it’s the same every day. There’s no warmer to keep the dishes hot, so if you don’t arrive just as they bring out fresh dishes, everything will be cold.
Rooms are not soundproof at all. There was construction nearby, and it was impossible to sleep after 8 a.m. In the bathroom, there’s just a single body wash and hand soap—no cotton buds, no tissues, nothing else.
I won’t even go into the condition of the shower… Overall, the quality feels like a 2-star hotel at best. Lastly, the young receptionist was very unfriendly, to the point where my partner had to remind them to smile—after all, we’re here...

Room was ok, we booked a suite which was spacious. 5/F breakfast room has great view and the ladies are very nice. We stayed there for 5 nights and heard many complaints by other customers. We heard from another couple that their room wasn’t made up. Same as ours that one day our room wasn’t cleaned, and the front desk asked both the couple and us that if we put “do not disturb” sign…. First day we arrived, someone complained that their AC wasn’t working and the front desk said they couldn’t do anything and the hotel wasn’t fully booked.
