I’m on a tour of Spain and Portugal and we drove along the coast to make our way towards Saville- because there was more options for eating lunch than if we went through the mountains
My parents and I walked around, looking at different places and this spot was packed outside and I walked inside to ask about whether we could get a table for three outside. We were very fortunate that one couple was leaving when we walked up.
For drinks: red sangria for my dad, white sangria for myself and my mother joined half the patio in ordering a milkshake (strawberry banana). So refreshing, large portion, and in today’s heat it was difficult not to have more.
We looked at the menu and they had an extensive offering of drinks and food. Really reasonable pricing and I had a hard time choosing what direction I was going to go. I decided after my father chose the shrimp pasta- shrimp, broccoli, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and it was delicious! My mother chose the pesto pasta. Came with a light pesto sauce, a healthy portion of pine nuts and perfectly cooked spaghetti. My cacio e Pepe was terrific. Red peppercorns dotted my dish, I had never had this dish outside of the US before but it was a lighter sauce and the full red peppercorns gave a sweet and floral peppery flavor.
I also decided to go with a side of onion rings; which obviously was hand made and breaded/fried with love. Dark and light color on the breading, healthy portion with a side of homemade mayo/aioli. Really satisfying side!
All together the meal was reasonable and the fact we had a couple alcoholic drinks and it was $64 after tip was tremendous. Wish we had more time to investigate Tavira but we walked back to catch our bus for the rest of the ride to Seville today.
There’s lots of food options here in this town but based on the service, pricing, love that was present in everything we ate- and the beautiful sunny day that was made bearable with the umbrellas used to block the scorching sun- couldn’t have been more pleased with the stop.
Support small businesses! I can’t support this spot any more...

The cafe opens bright and early, making it a popular spot for locals to grab their morning caffeine fix or a delicious bite to eat. I found this to be a testament to the cafe's warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Speaking of caffeine, I cannot rave enough about their coffee. Flavour Cafe boasts a seriously good cup of joe, courtesy of their extremely skilled female barista. Watching her work was an awe-inspiring experience, as she whipped up coffee after coffee with incredible speed and precision.
The only small complaint I have about Flavour Cafe is that it can feel a tad cramped inside, especially during peak hours. However, this minor inconvenience is easily overlooked, given the exceptional quality of the food, coffee, and service.
In conclusion, Flavour Cafe is a delightful local establishment that offers fantastic value for money, opens early to cater to its loyal patrons, and serves up some of the best coffee in town. While the space may be a bit tight, the delicious food and incredible service more than...

Lovely big menu with loads of different food and the biggest drink selection I've ever seen!
I got a latte which was really good. Amazingly foamy milk of top and a really nice coffee taste.
I also got a banoffee donut which was ok, but not quite as fresh tasting as I'd hoped it would be.
My wife got a lemon and sugar crepe. Looked really nice when it arrived, but unfortunately it was really really tough. The middle of the crepe tasted almost like an ice cream cone as it was so hard and crispy, and was very unpleasant to eat. (Can't believe it was freshly made as I don't understand how it could end up that hard and tough without looking overcooked)
There was only one toilet and it had no toilet paper.
Mixed experience and a real shame as the coffee...
