The coco and pistachio ice cream are good, but the everything else about this place is terrible: they have a pre-pay system that no one follows, which means you may end up waiting for 10 minutes for your turn. You then have to prepay before ordering, leaving no room for your children to change their minds, and they won’t let you try any of the flavours. And when at the end you ask for a second spoon for your toddler to share with her brother, you’re told it’s 10 cents extra and you have to go back to the till to re-pay or they won’t give you one (I kid you not). Oh and stay far away from their “Pink” or “Blue” flavours, those have nothing but chemicals and sugar in them and...

Venho por este meio expressar a minha insatisfação relativamente ao atendimento que recebi neste estabelecimento, hoje à noite, pela segunda vez neste verão.

Na minha primeira visita, já tinha notado que a senhora responsável pelo caixa não era particularmente simpática. Infelizmente, a experiência repetiu-se. Pedi três gelados, cada um com uma bola. No entanto, quando um funcionário veio entregar o meu pedido, informou-me que eu tinha pago por três gelados com duas bolas cada. De imediato, esclareci que só tinha pedido uma bola por gelado. O jovem comunicou o erro à senhora do caixa, e, na frente de todos os presentes, ela respondeu em voz alta: “Ah não, não fui eu que fiz mal, foi você, você pediu duas bolas!” Voltei a dizer que deve ter avido um mal-entendido e ela disse que eu tinha pedido exatamente aquilo que ela tinha anotado!! Considero esta atitude completamente inaceitável, especialmente perante outros clientes. Sei perfeitamente o que pedi, e mesmo que tivesse havido alguma confusão, não é admissível tratar um cliente com tamanha arrogância e falta de respeito.

Apesar de me terem entregado os gelados, a senhora demonstrou total desinteresse em devolver a diferença do valor pago a mais. Fiquei ali, com os gelados na mão, à espera que alguém me devolvesse o dinheiro que me era devido.

Por muito bons que os gelados sejam, não voltarei a entrar neste estabelecimento. Um bom produto não justifica um atendimento desrespeitoso. Não posso aceitar ser tratada...
