I enter the restaurant to see the menu with my friend. Unfortunatelly, they only have fish and meat, so we had to leave, we were seeking for more options, like vegetables. We decided to leave, and thr manager/ owner was very rude with us, even when I explained. He yelled with us.. no clear reason. Leave that place was the best decision...very bad service, way to treat people in front of his other customers. I think...

Best fish restaurant in Viana do Castello. I would totally recommend it. Service and wine was also excellent, very helpful and not intruding at all. Portions were plentiful, price was acceptible. Even the starters bread was so fresh that we finished it. Fomos pela 2 vez em família a restaurante, porque da 1 vez que cá estivemos, apesar de não ser marcante em nenhum aspecto, sentimo-nos muito bem tratados. Somos da zona, mas como trabalhamos fora, não temos como hábito aqui vir. Almoçamos a um dia de semana e naturalmente perguntamos se teria prato do dia, ao que nos responderam que não. Escolhemos à carta, mas para minha surpresa fui-me apercebendo que estava a sair com frequência alheira e dourada, que não estavam na lista...ou seja, prato do dia. Já quase no fom da refeição tornei a chamar o empregado de mesa e perguntei novamente se não havia prato do dia, a que este me respondeu com a maior tranquilidade do mundo "ah, mas isso é só para os doutores". Tive de perguntar novamente porque achei que tinha ouvido mal...este reforçou que o prato do dia se destinava só para os doutores, que eram clientes habituais. Fiquei sem palavras... Uma coisa é certo...nunca mais. Nunca me senti tão mal tratado pelas palavras, mas em especial pelo motivo que gerou...
