A good gem AND a brew house. What a great find. This is not like your typical "brew house" experience. This is a spot that CARES about the quality of the food as much as the 'brew.' We started of with the Ovos Rotos, definitely large enough to share as a starter for two (see picture). Yum! Then the real surprises were delivered as our mains. The Bochehas de Porco (pork cheeks) was off the charts good. Depth of flavour, tenderness made this a champion level dish. Simply displayed, but not simply prepared. The Tiras Tuna was also excellent. Just the right amount of flavour added to the coating but when combined with the mash (which had a touch of ginger in it) BOOM that's where the attention to detail really shone . Staff is friendly, fun and welcoming. Give it a go.

Definitely one of the BEST restaurants I’ve been in quite some time ! Was really surprised by the quality and taste of the dishes ! We started with some garlic bread which surprised us because the bread was warm and the garlic was on the right point.. but besides that the bread was also really good. Definitely that made a huge difference Had some “fish and chips” to share and we were not expecting that. Fish was absolutely great. We’re totally not expecting that quality for “fish and chips” 👍🏽 And as main dish we had some steak.. also great taste ! Steak quality was good. They knew how to cook it ! Perfect medium rare steak !

A pleasant place out of season, not too busy, with reasonable beer and okayish food. My partner's mushrooms were very tasty but very greasy. The lamb picanha was in several pieces and were generally well done, being thin (about 10-15mm), though still pretty tender in places. The lamb was very salty though, after a couple of bites there was no lamb flavour, only salt. Small portion of vegetables. The beer I had, was quite clean and fairly tasty, but almost as expensive as a pint in the city. The younger waiters were nonchalant. The older waiter was very good

You should definitely come for the beer, which, however, is really expensive, rather than the food, as the latter is more of a joke. On the menu, the roasted eggplant sounded delicious and special, which left me surprised as I was handed a wrinkled little something that tasted like nothing but miso. The eggplant flavor got completely lost, and the beetroot hummus was served in a quantity that seemed as if someone had accidentally cleaned their knife on the plate – just a delicate stripe (estimated 4-5 grams!! ). Also, please don’t order fries; they look and taste like they’ve been warmed up an indefinite number of times.

We leave the restaurant hungry and disappointed, luckily there’s a really good Italian place next door so we can get another snack. We’re quite sad, as we picked the Bossa Brew House over the restaurant next door, and now we totally...

Bossa Brew House exceeded our expectations, both for the food and craft beer. We ordered the crackling pork to start, and fish & chips and blackened pork as entrees. Fries were hand cut and fresh, pork was cooked to perfection and very flavourful, and the fish was the best we have ever had (as fish & chips), pairing perfectly with the pea puree, chili and jam sauces it was served with. We also had the orange pudding for dessert which was light and incredibly flavourful. The staff are passionate about what they do and have taken the time to source local ingredients and design a menu with refreshing flavour pairings. The owner knows his craft beer - the brews were just as amazing as the food - try as many as you can; you won’t be disappointed! Can’t wait to eat here again next time we...

I was quite looking forward to dining here given the high rating, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. As a main dish, I had the steak with roasted vegetables. The quality was rather average, and the lettuce served alongside was not fresh. I had requested the steak medium rare, but it arrived noticeably undercooked—closer to rare.

The ambience is calm and peaceful, which some may enjoy, but as a solo traveler, I found the lack of interaction from the staff a bit disappointing. No one checked in during the meal, and I wasn’t offered dessert afterward—something I’ve come to appreciate in Sagres, where hospitality usually stands out.

Overall, I left feeling underwhelmed. I honestly don’t understand the high rating and, regrettably, I don’t...
