I came upon this place by accident because my hotel's laundry service wasn't operating and they sent me here on the first day of the season, much later than usual due to the pandemic. I was drawn in by the beautiful atmosphere created by the azulejos, music, and rustic-chic furniture and decor. The staff is so friendly and helpful and made me feel right at home, offering a full menu of crazy good food and drinks--best coffee in town, for starters--and walking me through the prices and how to use the machines. Once the clothes were in the washer, it was time to chill in the glorious backyard. I loved it so much that a couple of days later I came in just to have a late breakfast and nearly died when I had the açaí bowl, one of the best I've hard all summer long while in Portugal. Had I come back a third time, the poké bowls looked amazing. The owners of this superb spot are also surfers and their passion for Sagres and the ocean is palpable in every detail of this incredible establishment, including yoga classes on the roof. I was so happy that the owner Borja had spent time in Costa Rica and Panama, my home countries. Best of luck to these folks and I can't wait to come back to Sagres on my next holiday and spend some more time in this beautiful corner...

This was a fantastic place, we went there twice in one day, this was because we were convinced at lunch to come back for live music in the evening and for dinner.

The food at lunch was so fresh and tasty, the dinner menu was mostly amazing too. I will elaborate.

So for lunch we had a couple of poke bowls and a smoothie and coffee. The Poke bowls were so delicious and fresh, plenty for a large man like myself. The smoothies were also really tasty, so was the coffee.

We went back for dinner and the starters were incredible, the prawn gyozas, the ceviche 🤤 and the sashimi were so beautifully fresh that tuna!! Incredible…

The pad Thai was also full of flavour, but unfortunately the yellow Thai curry let the side down a little, I’m not saying it was bad, hence no docking of a star, it just lacked a little of amazingness of the other dishes.

The cocktails were however unreal, we tried 3 different ones and each one was amazing.

We’d go back and have that tuna again and try something else, don’t let my review put you off, this place is incredible and has such a cool vibe and amazing courtyard and inside space, we both commenting on how we would love to have a place like this and how well...

This is the coolest restaurant/laundry place I have ever seen - just perfectly built with nice outside seating, indoor seating, and a nice bar area... Plus some nich looking washing machines. My wife has a poke bowl that rivaled any bowl she has ever had, and we have been to Hawaii 5 times so eaten some of the best you can find. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and it will live in my memory for a long time as it was just so perfect. Crusty grilled bread, fresh tangy avocado spread, chicken with a Sriracha mayo, and some fairy dust. Messy and wonderful - maybe don't order this on a first date.

The drink menu was also excellent - we had lunch so I had a whisky sour and my wife a piscos sour and both were perfectly made and tasted even better in the perfect Sardes sunshine. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Staff was very friendly and easy going. Very nice spot for a casual lunch and maybe even get a little laundry done while you're there. Perfect if you are traveling around with backpacks...

Get ready for the best vegan pancakes you’ve ever had! 🥞 If you’re looking for a great place to brunch, then you’ve found the perfect place. This place really hits the sweet spot with their service, coffee, savoury foods and sweet foods. We ordered a croissant and pancakes to share, both were fresh, delicious and put to shame many other places we went to across Europe! Their pancakes definitely have a secret ingredient that make them unique, I’ve never tasted vegan pancakes that good! We also each got an avocado toast and it was… Perfect: well-seasoned and toasted but not overly toasted. The service was quick despite a very busy morning! Prices are fair for the quality you get. If you need to do your laundry… They also have free wifi and many outlets to keep you busy while you wait. Highly recommend - definitely a place I want to go back to when I’ll be around Sagres again!
