Meeting the chef was a fabulous touch that really put our experience over the top. Far and away the best meal we've ever had, and we left feeling absolutely full, which we didn't expect from a tasting menu. They were also extremely attentive and accommodating to our dietary restrictions; individual portions were modified without skipping a beat.
The tasting menu is offered in 4 or 8 courses, and they offer wine pairing at two "tiers" or you can buy glasses/bottles a la carte. For the 4 course menu with the lower tier wine pairing, it cost us €325 with tip. By FAR the most I've ever spent on a meal but this was a honeymoon splurge and it was worth every cent.
