I visited for a lunch on April 4th, and I had the worst experience, so I decided to post a review even though it was late. Although it has a lot of tourists reviews and currently has a score of 4.3, But based on my experience, I absolutely cannot agree with that score.
I think the reason why there are so many reviews is that most of the tourists who leave after dining in the area don't have experience comparing other restaurants, so they simply evaluate it based on the view given by the location. I lived in Porto for a month and visited various restaurants there, so a comparative evaluation is possible.
We ordered seafood rice and clam, and those two dishes are the most common menus you can eat anywhere in Porto. As you can see in the pictures, in the case of the clam dish, the contents were so poor that there was nothing to eat and the seasoning did not match. The seafood rice, I've had seafood rice several times at other restaurants, and that in the place was really the worst.
Even in the case of service, I ordered bread to eat with clams, but I had to ask for it 4 times, and the clams cooled down while waiting for the bread. Besides, the seafood rice my wife ordered came out 20 minutes after my clam dish. I had such a sham service but no one apologized.
If anyone is thinking of using that restaurant based on the number of reviews, Consider using “Tempêro D'Maria “or “Sabores da Fininha”. In terms of food quality, service, and price, it is far superior to...
