Porto View apartments by PÁTIO 25 — Hotel in Vila Nova de Gaia

We had one of the studio apartments. It was a great location if you want to be a tourist. The parking garage access was a real plus. The apartment was very dark. With a Hwy of people going past the door and only window, making it strange to have the door and / or the curtain open to get light and air in. The terrace that I thought we would have access to is a over priced bar. We were told by the apartment that we could use that space, but the bar said we could not. The apartment has a very bad oder of open sewage, combined with the overall moisture of the apartment left me thankfull when we left. I'm sure the upper apartments are nice. But this one...

Great view of Porto! Room is clean and well appointed. It has a kitchenette, which we did not take advantage of. Parking is available in the parkade next door at about 17€/day. The Ponte Luis I bridge right at your door step. Very convenient location for exploring the port lodges and Porto (across the river). The location, the service and the parking option is great, but the room itself seems a little "careless".

When you enter the room, on first glance everything looks great. If you spend some time inside the room, you'll notice the lack of attention to the detail. The kitchen cabinets are all crooked and this continous through the whole accomodation. Lights, claddings of the foot steps, toilet seats, all those items could use some attention.
