This place has been disappointing me continuously for the last three times I visited.

They got rid of the QR scan to order system. This was efficient back then, and now you have to wait until a guy decide to come and take order from you.

The bell at table is of no use. I pressed 10 times and no one came to attend me.

Two times during my separate visits the order was not placed even the guy was noting on his phone (or was pretending to note on phone)

Ordered ghee thosai with gula, and delivered without gula. Asked to change, then delivered again without gula. Only third time this was corrected.

Got teh-o in a cup that had Lipstick stain from previous customer 🤢

Average time spent is 35-45 minutes with all the waiting time. Even ordering warm water took 15 minutes to deliver

The only good part is overall the food doesn't disappoint, and tastes as you'd expect...

Recently visited Q Bistro @ Glenmarie. Here's what I ordered: Nasi Putih Sup Ayam Mamak - This dish was simple but delicious. The chicken soup had a nice mamak-style spice, and the chicken was tender. Paired with the perfectly cooked white rice. Nasi Goreng Pattaya - The nasi goreng pattaya was wrapped beautifully in an omelette. Salted Egg Squid - The squid coated in rich, creamy salted egg sauce. Unfortunately, the portion size was quite disappointing. It only filled about half the plate, which left me wanting more, especially considering the price. While the taste was spot-on, the portion size could definitely be improved.
