I am writing to bring to your attention my recent experiences at your Lusail Branch. On three separate visits, I had the opportunity to enjoy the taste of your offerings, which I must commend for their quality. However, there are certain aspects of the service that I feel compelled to address.
While the quality of the food remains exemplary, I encountered challenges when placing my orders. The staff members seemed to lack sufficient knowledge about the menu items, leading to confusion and delays in the ordering process. Furthermore, I must express my disappointment in the prolonged waiting times I experienced during each visit. On all three occasions, my wait exceeded 30 minutes, which, I believe, is unacceptable.
As a patron who appreciates the culinary delights your establishment has to offer, I am hopeful that these concerns can be addressed promptly.
