I had the pleasure of dining at Hasan Kolcuoglu restaurant, and it was an absolute culinary delight! From the moment we stepped in, the warm and inviting ambiance and the Welcoming staff, (I remember one name who was all in to offer a great dinning experience and that's Mr. Nishad) set the stage for a memorable dining experience.

The appetizers were a feast for the senses, featuring classic Middle Eastern delights such as hummus, mutabbal, and baba ganush, alongside flavorful minced meat appetizer that left us craving for more.

The main course took the spotlight with an impressive selection of kababs. The one-meter kabab was a spectacle to behold and tasted even better than it looked. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, while the shish tawuk, meat kabab, and chicken boti each offered a unique and mouthwatering flavor profile.

As if that wasn't enough, the dessert selection was a sweet symphony of indulgence. With the option to choose four out of around ten delectable treats, we couldn't resist the temptation of the chocolate brownie, busbusa, a unique desert made of pumpkin and another tantalizing sweet.

To top it all off, we ended our meal with a refreshing Turkish black tea, the perfect finish to an extraordinary dining experience.

What's more, the pricing was incredibly reasonable for the quality and quantity of food we enjoyed. Overall, Hasan Kolcuoglu exceeded all my expectations, earning a well-deserved five out of five stars. I can't wait to return for another...

What made our visit even more memorable was the warm and attentive service by Mr. Murad Ali, our waiter. He was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail added a personal touch to our dining experience.

We had an absolutely amazing dining experience at Hasan Kolcuoğlu in Pearl Qatar! From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was top-notch—special thanks to our dear friend and waiter Morad Ali, who served us with such warmth and attentiveness.

We ordered the Sultan Sofrası and the famous Meter Kebab, and honestly, words fall short! The kebabs were juicy, perfectly grilled, and packed with flavor. The variety of appetizers was a delight, each one more delicious than the last. And the desserts—just wow. Everything was served fresh, beautifully presented, and full of authentic Turkish taste.

Terrible service. We had invited some guests for dinner to this restaurant and wanted to mix the set menu with some main courses. However, their staff refused to accommodate our request and insisted that we order their largest set menu. The frustrating part is that we had confirmed over the phone that we could order both the set menu and main courses together, and the person on the phone had assured us it was possible.

We had no choice but to order the salads, cold meze, hot meze, and main courses. Hot bread was served once only. They did not serve the bread a second time even after we requested more. Instead, they gave us some cold bread that had been prepared hours ago.

Overall, the food was good, but the bulgur rice was old and undercooked. Eating out is not only about the food; it is the experience that makes the meal enjoyable. We were shocked by how terrible their service was. When we tried to order more food, they showed no interest in serving us and ignored our requests. Their attitude was also very racist, making our guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

They have definitely lost a loyal customer. We will not be returning, and we will make sure to share our experience with others. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and respect in what should have been an enjoyable...
