The only place i know in whole of Qatar that serves hearty Kolkata or West Bengal special cuisine like tikka roll, chicken biriyani & mishti doi.

We went there last night for dinner and indulged in a very hearty meal.

What we ordered: chicken tikka roll with egg, chicken biriyani with egg, chicken chaap( half) and mishti doi. more than enough for 2 people if u share. they make lime soda lassi etc too!

the ground floor is the kitchen while the first floor is the seating space. i would say a max strength of 15 people!

Coming to the food, it was excellent. from the biriyani to the chaap to the roll to the doi, ditto from my native place! i realise how tough it is to source ingredients from different countries but man these guys do an awesome job.

ps: if you're ever in the mood for indian biriyani other than south indian or hyderabadi biriyani, do try this out. It is NOT SPICY & comes with a boiled egg and aloo ( boiled potato). they can adjust spice levels for everything too. trust me, you are not gonna regret this!

This is our go to comfort food anytime we miss home. minimal decor and very clean amenities while being a 2 min walk from the National Museum of Qatar.

Kathi King can be an example of small elegant restaurant. Kathi has very delicious indian and indian-bengali dishes. Small restaurant is also able to give you beautiful atmosphere to bring your family and friends to food together. Decoration is mind blowing. The taste of art, design, paint, cleanliness will make you stunned. Staff service is also very much humble and welcoming. They will explain you with patience as per your taste demand. Now come to the food quality. Me and 6 of my friends went there with family. Food is better than any other chain indian restaurant in Doha, Qatar. We went at midnight. Still they made fresh biriyani, tandoori chicken, garlic naan and other dishes for us. The aroma and taste will burst in your mouth, which will give you balanced of spices and ghee. It will take some time. However, if you have a very good atmosphere, can't be bore. They offering starter, main course and desserts. I am highly recommending for the food lover to try them. I am sure you will not be disappointed. Parking is very hard to find around this restaurant. There are some nearby paid and free parking. If you are lucky enough, will get free street parking, otherwise have to take a walk from short distance parking to...
