Koshari Station — Restaurant in Doha

The koshari I tried was very delicious but the rating is coz of the poor customer service.

In detail, I ordered a mushroom sauce koshari and before placing my order I particularly asked the guy who came to my car if the item has chicken in it, he said "yes"

After I took it home and started eating, I realised there was no chicken in it, after my meal I called to inform this matter, that time the lady who picked up the call after listening to my issue, gave the phone to the person who took my order and he was saying sorry sir and being very apologetic.

This was a very unprofessional way for the lady at the phone to handle the situation. I feel sorry for the person who took my order. I did not call asking for refund or anything, the lady should've accepted the mistake and moved on rather than giving the phone to him and asking me to tell him whatever I want.

This is one of the Qatar's Finest spot for Koshari... Spicy sauce and chickpeas soup is making everything perfect here.... Dinning space is available... But atmosphere is good for family sitting... Prices are bit higher but as compared to other koshari spots its better... Must Try...
