Where do i start???? A friend and I went to try this new restaurant in the heart of Doha today and here is my review: called to reserve a table at 11am, the young attendant answered me politely and she was very helpful, however she failed to mention that their BBQ grill is not functioning and they cannot serve grilled food…. Which we discovered later during ordering. we arrived on-time the road that leads to the hotel is a big mess (it is not their fault… it is Ashghals), their underground parking is a bit hidden and there is no clear sign that leads to it. The access to the parking is so tiny and a big size car can barely fit … guys with pickup trucks you better park outside. the restaurant is located at the penthouse floor, the decoration is clean, neat and awesomely done…. The view from the top floor is not bad however the hotel is located in the middle of the city where there is no pleasant view. Now the food part… I originally reserved at “Azka Maza” however Lemon & Azka Maza are operated by the same management and you can sit either place and order food from either restaurants. We picked some items just to discover that they cannot offer any grilled meat due to some problem in the kitchen 🤨 Than the waiter suggested that we can try Lemon menu which we did and we ordered 2 stakes and one of their specialty salad… The waiter took the order and left without even asking us on how we like our stake to be cooked. It was only until my companion noticed that we have not told them how we like our stake … we called the waiter and informed him on how we like it … however when we asked why he did not asked us the most important question when it comes to steak … he said that the CHEF will decide … 🧐???? Our order came in and the presentation was not bad at all… the steak was cooked to our order however mine “Medium” was a bit more Medium well. Again my smart companion noticed that there is not steak knives … she called the waiter and requested a steak knife … he brought “1” knife only as if i do not exist … even when i requested one for myself … the waiters (3 of them) they got confused and they brought me a normal knife which made me frustrated because they cannot tell the difference between knives.

Calling the manager: Called to talk to the manager, he was a gentle guy and i have explained what is happening and why they are not capable of understanding and fulfilling a standard request in the F&B industry … He start explaining and giving excuses than went OFFLINE topic and started talking about the lack of training and the limitation of the market when it comes to workers … which is not my problem.

After apologies and the waisted time talking to the whole team i managed to eat my steak (COLD).

So the manger approach to make it up for us he offered us pancakes and waffles drenching with half a jar of Nutella (Sugar rush) although i mentioned that we are not eating sugar … and they offered us coffee too.

My conclusion: The decoration and place are amazing. Food and service: you guys need to work on this big time and train your crew to at least have the minimum of F&B knowledge. I will be visiting this place again in 6 months from now and see if they are up to the required customer service or not…. Please try your best this time.

Hope you guys won’t have the same issues that we did and wishing you a...

I am a customer for lemon duist salwa I come almost every week.. today I did my reservation early at morning and I asked for a good table for 4 .. when I arrived they gave me the table in the last it is near the window but also near the kitchen and when I argued with the supervisor he told me this is the available table for 4 people and please lower your voice! although I was not shouting I was just arguing.. is this a good customer service?! there was better tables available but he claimed that they are reserved for larger number of people although I reserved early!! he didn't try to manage the situation neither find a solution.. he just ended the conversation without a solution.. I left immediately and no one cared or tried to solve the problem except a nice Tunisian lady from the reception she tried to calm me down .. I think you need to review your customer services especially for you...

I recently visited Lemon Garden and Azkamaza Restaurant & Café for their Oriental breakfast, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The spread was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — from the perfectly seasoned hummus and labneh to the warm, fluffy breads and freshly brewed tea. Every bite reflected authentic taste and excellent quality.

A special mention and heartfelt appreciation to Ronald, who made our visit even more memorable with his courteous, attentive, and professional service. He ensured everything was served promptly and with a genuine smile, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

If you’re looking for a relaxing morning spot with great food, beautiful ambiance, and exceptional service, Lemon Garden and Azkamaza is definitely the place to go. Highly...

Lemon Coffee and Restaurant embraces its motto, "Eat Better, Be Happier, Live Longer," with a well-rounded approach to dining. The food is notably tasty, highlighting the establishment’s commitment to quality and flavor. The prices are reasonable, offering good value for money, which is a pleasant surprise for those looking to enjoy a satisfying meal without stretching their budget. The seating area is designed with a commendable balance of simplicity and elegance. It’s a space that feels both welcoming and refined, avoiding the pitfalls of being overly flashy or uncomfortable. Overall, Lemon Coffee and Restaurant provides a pleasant dining experience with flavorful food, affordable prices, and a tastefully designed atmosphere.

This is our third time dining here, and our second time being served by Mr. Rabie Meganem. What truly impressed us was that he remembered us — not just our faces, but specific details from our very first visit. That kind of attention to detail tells you how much he genuinely cares about his guests. His way of communicating is always respectful, professional, and thoughtful. He’s attentive without being intrusive, and you can sense that he takes his role seriously. Yes, the food is great — but it’s service like Rabie’s that makes us keep coming back. He turns a meal into an experience. Rabie deserves a promotion. He should be a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
