Heavily disappointed with the front office staff named Jahara & supplier Joane.Today me & my wife had dinner buffet from your restaurant & during the time of bill payment,we informed the billing staff (Jahara) about our My book coupon of buy 1 get 1 free buffet for redemption.This cashier girl 'Jahara' asked for my phone ,I handed over the phone to input the merchendiser code and she used it for around 3 minutes & told us that our coupon is already redeemed somewhere else & we cannot use it .Therefore,She asked us to pay the full amount for two buffets.

But luckly, I had already ensured my unredeemed coupon just 5 mins.before handing over my phone to her.

So the thing is ,she redeemed my coupon without my knowledge & asked us to pay the full amount by telling that coupon is already redeemed somewhere ,even the supplier girl Joane was supporting her.We suspect it was their dirty idea of looting money from us without management's knowledge....We understood that we were getting fooled ,caught them redhanded & asked them to give clear evdence regarding the same...they didn't had enough ground to prove themselves and was ready to take the payment for 1 mentioning they are giving offer on something else...

I am afraid thinking how many they must have already looted.

Their Name badge showed : Jahara / Passion: Dancing ( should be changed to 'Cheating' ) Joane / Passion: Arts ( sure she is an artist )

We request the mangament to have a look on these employees and take necessary action.

And, If this is with the knowledge of management..,WOW.....Please refrain from giving these kind of promotional offers to the public I believe these are for both company's and customers benefit.

I recommended to friend the Bubblicious brunch at the Westin. It was incredible disappointing. We have not been to bubblicios in about 2 years. Previously we considered it one of the best in Doha. Friday, it was more like a buffet than a brunch. The selection of food has been scaled back dramatically. There was no steak or carving at all. The only beef items we are dry stringy brisket they didn’t know how to cut it against the grain and sliders. No other beef items. The seafood no longer has lobster or oysters or king crab. The large prawns were served at the beginning but replacement was slow and minimal. The sushi selections were minimal and did not include sashimi. The overall food experience was significantly below Doha standards at this price. The drinks were also minimal and took a long time to arrive. 3 different times I had to remind the waitress of our order. Service has also fallen off. Staff tried not to look at customers when they walked by. Twice my wife was completely ignored. Deserts have also been scaled back. Before there was a room, now there is just a buffet table. If you want hot dogs, sliders nachos and only a few hot dishes off a buffet this is the for you. If for almost 500 QR you want fresh food, with variety, beef dishes or steak, waitstaff that are friendly and attentive, then you would do better to find a different...
