4 only because it’s one of the few places in Bucharest with lots of beer selection, disregardi g what other people might have said before me. The history of the place is somehow tragic former owner related so that may explain why in past years the place was much better then is now. If you would like a good beer this is the place to be, but be careful to reject the beer if they don’t bring it cold enough. They sometimes tend to do that. Service is not outstanding, not even very good, but it’s beer we’re talking, sometimes you can take it yourself just to escape the annoying waiting time. But rather he won't, because after a hot discussion, he ended splitting the bill as supposed (not before threatening to call the police to frighten us), and ended the evening with insults (very professional). So, my recommendation is that if you end up coming here, at the moment of paying, don't let the staff dictate the pace and claim what it's yours by right. And that is the right to pay the bill as you see fit (and not what the staff tells you how they want you to do it). Anyway, tasty beer, but very unprofessional and badly...
