0 stars.. A very rude woman came out in the terrace to open the glass door so the wind could come out and freeze us. And she started shouting to me and my girlfriend that we just seated for drink our cappuccinos and eat a pastry. I asked her to not scream but nothing, then I went inside and I asked my money back for the untouched cappuccinos because that is NOT the way you treat people. She refused and replied "is not my problem" at that point I raised my voice and said that is unacceptable and she run off to call security. In the meantime I spoke with a manager with big black glasses and short blonde hairs trying to explain the situation but she first say I'm lying and then changed to "this is your opinion" then she shrugged off and walked away laughing at me. Of course the security man was understanding as I was not damaging anything and I was only annoyed at the rudeness of this people in here. Never, and I repeat never, I been treated like this. I like Turkish products but this is not the only place in Bucharest surely. Funnily enough I came here many times (usually there is a very tall guy working when I visit) and everyone always been nice and I never had issues. But after tonight, I don't think I'll ever be back. Lost two customers. Thanks...
Read moreAt my daughter's suggestion I have given it one star, not because of the low quality of food/coffee served there, but because of the extremely low quality of service. Today was not the first time we have left without ordering anything. Normally, when you sit at a table you expect for someone to ask you what you want after a reasonable waiting time. Today we waited for 30 minutes and no one even came close to our table. At other times, when we managed to have our order taken, we had problems with payment. We solved that by asking for the check at the counter and of course, they got the method of payment wrong. Another 15 minute passed until I could finally get out of there. Regarding the food, you can get coffee there, sweets and icecream. You can also order sandwiches and similar items, but in my opinion, they aren't fresh or tasty as advertised. The bread is supposedly of home made quality, but it's at least a day old and lacks taste. The coffee is ok, the icecream as well. Prices are moderate. My daughter likes the melted hot chocolate over strawberries and bananas, which is good. I personally like the coffee and icecream - affogato they call it...

This place offers a beautiful atmoshpere, specially at afternoon/evening, the staff is friendly. The Menu isn't amazing, the desserts don't necessarily taste well and sometimes have a very artifical taste. I once tried the salmon sandwich and it was terrible: Cold, bread was hard, and pickles didn't go well with the the salmon and sauce. Drinks are generally better, I like the Sahlep and the hot chocolate. They also usually offer a small piece of dessert and water with the drinks, so that's a plus. Overall, it's a good place for an evening hangout with friends and for having a hot drink, but generally has limited good options...
