Din Fu — Restaurant in Bucharest

Horrible customer service, the waitress abused my friend and is still trying to reason with me that she is not a bad person. I DON'T CARE. Food was ok. But the menu is wrong and misleading, vegetarian dishes have pork items, and fish items that are not listed clearly. Someone who has sea food or shellfish allergy can die because of their negligence. I really didn't understand why they had to argue over such a small topic and FORCE me to pay for the food that was wrongly prepared/mentioned in the menu. The owner also said that she cannot do anything with this. So they are all on same page.

They also tried to scam me later but charging extra beers, so please check your bill always in this place. I really didn't think this would be so surprising and bad, specially by the owner. The food I ate was 3/5 so not bad. But the behavior was very very bad, like thei hire a pitzi from crazyland. The owner also said they don't have many foreigners but it's a Chinese restaurant in Romania so that's funny to me. The food was delicious. The service of the waiter was fine. However the manager of the restaurant was not nice to us at all. We have organized a birthday party there. As we were waiting for the guests we let our daughter play with one of the menus. She has told us wusing a not so nice tone that the menus are not for playing, although our daughter was looking at the pictures nicely. The manager also made the waiter lie about the air conditioning not working, and they would only open a small window although it was very hot inside. There was a machine for kids right next to our table and they took it as soon as they saw the kids playing with it, although they were playing nicely, under our constant supervision. We have asked the manager for a casserole for takeaway and she would not give it to us. We asked the waiter for one and we got it al last. For the price the food was very underwhelming. For started we ordered roasted duck with chinese salt but it was clearly coated and fried??? Chinese salt was good but it clearly was not what we were supposed to have been served. That alone wasn't very tasty. Tolerable but not worth it at all.

The other dish we got was beyond flavorless. The sweet and sour chicken was incredibly bland and the coating was disgustingly soggy. The texture was awful and the chicken itself almost tasted like fish.

If you thought "hmm this restraint is promising because they have fresh food cooked to order" then think again twice. This was our mindset but we were betrayed.
