Сегодня, 22.07.24 примерно в 22:10, длинноволосый сотрудник, имени которого я не знаю, т.к. работал без бейджа, на просьбу его коллеги привести в порядок витрину с булочками, а именно прибрать крошки и начинку, с деревянной поверхности. Перенеся все изделия в другое место, вопреки моим ожиданиям, этот молодой человек взял из под прилавка совок, явно предназначенный для пола, буквально с остатками пыли, смёл совком...

usually good service, (apart from the lines sometimes during rush hours, the food quality and price are pretty good). however, today when i was in a rush and had an important meeting and had to order a bunch of different stuff - my requirements were not fulfilled even though i payed full price for what i have ordered it turned out most items were left out of my bad. very disappointed specially because it wasn’t during their rush hour.

A most excellent place. I went for a chicken pie, an egg and onion pie and an apple and cranberry. Washed it all down with a coffee. All came to 197 rubles, or about £2,35. Perfect snack, lunch or any other meal. Only thing is, come after 2:30 or face huge crowds. It's very popular and with great quality - I can see why. Could live off this.
