Burger Heroes — Restaurant in Tverskoy District

Unfortunately a total disaster. Me and my girlfriend went to this place today 23.7.17 to enjoy a nice burger and drinks. Unfortunately our expectations were more than not fulfilled. First, if you don't speak any Russian don't even try. There is no English menu and the waiters don't speak English. I asked for my burger without tomato and ketchup as I am allergic. So of course I got my burger with ketchup and tomato. I asked the staff to remove it and they not only removed the unwished items but also the extra ordered bacon from the burger. Secondly the home made lemonade with basil is absolutely hideous and almost undribkable. They have very long waiting times even if you only ordered drinks ( up to 25 min for a beer). As the system is very confusing and does not work properly, you order at the front desk, get a number and later collect it. Sounds easy but they manage to mess it up. Orders that are done are not displayed in the done area but only shouted out like in a Cantine. They shout very unclearly and if you don't know Russian, well you have no chance. At last we had our burgers and were again disappointed one came without sauce and no toppings. The patties were well done and not medium rare like ordered ( why even ask then) and the meat was also frozen. I paid 1700rubles for 2 burgers 2 sides and 3 drinks and also a big...

Moscow's best Burger place just got better and bigger.

Starting from one small Burger Joint in Zamoskvorechye, Burger Heroes made it's way to the most beloved Burger Joint network in Moscow these days. This Place presents their biggest and best restaurant to date.

Having a rather small menu, their Burgers are always Cooked from a knife, with best fresh ingridients and great combinations from Classic "007" Cheeseburger to "Batman" with sundried olives and arugola. With Season specials like Grinch with Tangerines. There's also a choice between traditional medium-cooked beef cutlet, Chicken one, or Nut based one for vegetarians. Tip: You can always ask for some fresh celery as a free side. Selection of sides are also traditional, but really good: french fries, onion rings and sweet potato's. Хожу сюда уже больше 5 лет. Мое любимое заведение в принципе. Это самые вкусные бургеры в Москве (как сказал мой друг, переколесивший всю Америку, может и в мире). Лучшие котлеты чем где-либо, всегда свежие овощи, просто шикарные домашние соусы, очень классные лимонады и пиво. Очень радует возможность бесплатно заменить котлету на куриную или нутовую (нутовые шикарные, если любите вегетарианские штуки — смело берите); можно также заменить и булочку, выбор большой, можно заменить и на листья салата. Топовые вещи, которые вы должны попробовать: бургер 007 + бекон и перечный соус, салат с кешью и курицей, сырные палочки с соусом крем-чиз (вот сырные шарики не советую, это единственное, что мне не нравится), лимонад смородина-базилик. Соусы крутые вообще все, особенно сырный, крем-чиз, домашний кетчуп и песто, также есть очень крутой сладкий соус, который почему-то не указан меню: называется, если мне не изменяет память, сладкий чили (можете сказать, что это соус из бургера "варка"), для картошечки вообще самое то. Картошечка, кстати, очень вкусная засчет смеси четырех перцев. Если будете заходить зимой, обязательно возьмите бургер Гринч и горячий лимонад малина-чили. Также здесь реально хороший выбор крафтового пива на любой вкус. Мне, кстати, ни разу не попадалось подкисшее. Если вам не хватает ассортимента на кранах, есть отдельный киоск с бутылочным. Выбор десертов не очень большой, но все вкусные. Цены не очень высокие для заведения такого формата. Единственный, наверное, минус — забитый зал по выходным вкупе с невозможностью бронировать места. Обращение к работникам: ВЕРНИТЕ СОУС СИРТАКИ В САЛАТ С КРЕВЕТКАМИ БЕЗ НЕГО ОН ВООБЩЕ НЕ ТОТ!!!! Всем настоятельно советую...
