I rarely leave bad reviews. This time it’s necessary even if to warn a potential client or to inform the owners. We arrived at 9. We placed our order shortly after for appetizers and then for our entree. At 930, the waitress informed us that our hot pot wasn’t able to be taken away. It wasnt for take away, we wanted to dine in. At 10, we still didn’t have our entree and we were told that the kitchen was closed. So basically, we sat for an hour, watched other people eat, enjoy their dinner and we couldn’t eat because an hour wasn’t enough time to cook hot pot and the cook left. To describe this restaurant as a Rwandan would, it’s “not serious”. Obviously the owners weren’t around and the staff can’t be trusted to do their jobs. I felt embarrassed and disrespected as I brought friends with me after suggesting this restaurant instead of the other Chinese place down the street. ...

If you’re considering the ambiance, Airlink Restaurant might not fully meet your expectations. However, once you try their dumplings, you’ll find yourself truly happy. The hot pot is also quite good. I particularly recommend the tofu they sell—it’s perfect for cooking at home if you like to prepare your own dishes.

The hot pot is prepared with care, using fresh vegetables grown by the restaurant, so it’s definitely worth trying. The dumplings here are exceptional, available with vegetable or pork fillings. You can choose to have them steamed or fried, depending on your preference. I highly recommend...

Smoking in restaurants is illegal. They had cigarettes and ashtrays on the dinner table. A Chinese gentleman ate there and then smoked while at the counter. Then, went inside to his "office", he said. There were another group of 3-4 Chinese gentlemen who were smoking. We tried to find a place away from the smoke, ate and left as soon as we could.

The servers are kind and got us what we needed. The food was not bad. Not as great as I have had in China or even in the U.S. but the place being a public health hazard, we will not go back even if...
