The layout is good. But the staff have no clue. There are two restaurants in the same building however the staff are forbidden to bring anything from one area to the next. They serve a full bar upstairs except for beer. If you want a beer they insist you go downstairs and only drink it there. The manager of the bar said he would rather give up a 400,000 rfw bill than serve a beer on the upper level. The food at rua (upstairs) has also gone downhill. Their pizza is awful 😣. overpriced matcha plus they make u pay extra money for oat milk and syrups 😼.
