Chefs Brisket in Riyadh is a haven for meat lovers and a standout when it comes to perfectly smoked brisket. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the unmistakable aroma of slow-cooked beef, promising a hearty meal ahead. The brisket itself is excellent—beautifully tender, fall-apart soft, and infused with a deep, rich smoky flavour that speaks of hours of careful preparation. The seasoning is bold yet balanced, allowing the natural quality of the meat to shine through. Their sides and sauces complement the brisket well, adding layers of texture and taste to the overall experience.
The service is friendly and attentive, with staff who clearly know their menu and are happy to offer recommendations, which adds to the warm, casual yet professional vibe of the place. The ambience is inviting, with a modern yet rustic touch that feels just right for a brisket spot—nothing too formal, but with a quality finish that tells you they care about the details.
The only small drawback for me was that the brisket felt a bit too oily at times. While the natural fat of a good brisket adds flavour and moisture, here it slightly overpowered the otherwise flawless execution. That said, it’s more of a personal preference, and it certainly doesn’t take away from the fact that this is one of the better brisket places in Riyadh.
Overall, Chefs Brisket offers a genuinely satisfying dining experience, especially if you appreciate the craft of smoked meats. A few tweaks to the oiliness, and this would be an easy 5-star spot. Highly recommended for a casual dinner, weekend indulgence, or when you want to impress fellow...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of trying Chef's Burger in Riyadh, and I must say it was an exceptional culinary experience. In particular, their wagyu brisket burger left a lasting impression on my taste buds.
The wagyu brisket burger at Chef's Burger was nothing short of fabulous. The moment I took my first bite, I was greeted with an explosion of flavors that delighted my palate. The meat was incredibly tender and juicy, practically melting in my mouth. It was evident that great care and attention to detail went into crafting this burger.
In addition to the mouthwatering burger, I was also impressed by the quality of their fries. They were crispy on the outside and perfectly seasoned, serving as an excellent accompaniment to the burger.
Chef's Burger undoubtedly stands out as one of the original and best burger joints in Saudi Arabia. The flavors and the overall dining experience are truly remarkable. Even though I ordered a takeout, the burger was still fresh and delicious when it reached my room. This speaks volumes about the consistency and quality of their food.
If you're a burger aficionado or simply someone looking for an exceptional meal, I highly recommend giving Chef's Burger a try. Their wagyu brisket burger is a must-try, and you won't be disappointed. It's an experience that will leave you craving for more.
Overall, my visit to Chef's Burger Riyadh was a delightful journey for my taste buds, and I cannot wait to return for another exceptional dining experience.

I visited Chefs yesterday (Thursday evening around 10pm) with my kids, and wow, the place was absolutely packed with a lively atmosphere. It reminded me of when I first visited years ago, not long after Chefs opened. Back then, I fell in love with their food — especially the brisket glazed with honey, which was unforgettable and became the reason many of my friends also started going there.
This time, however, my experience was mixed. I ordered my usual brisket, while my daughter had a burger with loaded fries (bacon and cheese). The burger was juicy, flavorful, and she really enjoyed it — and she especially loved the lemonade. But my brisket was disappointing: it was dry, not juicy, and served cold. It didn’t have the tenderness or flavor I remembered from the early days, and I really missed that honey glaze.
Maybe it was just bad luck with my cut that night, but for a restaurant so full and buzzing, I was expecting better. I didn’t try the Jazaar menu, which looked interesting, and maybe I should have.
I still have great memories of Chefs, and I hope they’ll bring back some of that original magic in the brisket. Wishing...
