Title: Disappointing Experience
I recently ordered food from this restaurant and had an extremely disappointing experience. Firstly, there was a significant delay in receiving my order, which was already frustrating. When the food finally arrived, I encountered a series of issues that made the dining experience unbearable.
The staff's attitude was remarkably rude, especially when I requested a simple change in my order, swapping the kabsa rice for biryani rice. Their lack of professionalism was disheartening. To add to the disappointment, the grilled dish I ordered was practically inedible; it had an awful taste that was far from appetizing.
To make matters worse, the biryani rice, which I had specifically asked for, turned out to be excessively spicy. This unexpected level of spiciness made it impossible for me to enjoy my meal.
Overall, my experience at this restaurant was beyond unsatisfactory. I felt compelled to leave my food untouched on the table and eventually leave the establishment. I hope my feedback serves as a warning to others considering dining here. The restaurant's poor service, unpalatable food, and lack of customer consideration make it a regrettable choice for anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience.
Additionally, considering the subpar quality of food and the overall disappointing experience, I strongly believe that the health authorities in KSA should conduct thorough inspections of this restaurant. It is essential to ensure that such establishments adhere to health and safety standards, providing customers with not only enjoyable but also safe dining experiences. This restaurant's lack of quality control and customer service should not go unnoticed, and I hope the necessary actions will be taken to uphold the standards expected from dining establishments...

When I paid the cashier with my new 10 riyals bill, he swaps my 10 riyal bill from the cash register with an old taped bill which had oil on it as well and asks me for a new bill. I asserted that I did not give him this taped, rotten bill. He insisted that I gave him this bill. I showed him rest of the currency I had as I withdrew money from ATM couple of hours ago. He argued back and refused to accept that he changed the bills and kept asking for a new bill. I ended up donating the 10 riyals as a saddaqah to the restaurant. Not sure what it would have tasted like as the cashier rudely took it back.. but with this bad faith and disintegraty, nothing...
