P.F. Chang's — Restaurant in Makkah Region

What a wonderful brunch experience I had from P. F. Chang’s Le Mall branch, with delicious bowl of Kung Pao Shrimp + big bowl of my favourite Chang’s Chicken Noodle and Chang’s Lettuce Wraps for my appetizer plus the early birthday dessert Banana Spring Rolls complimentary from the house.

A big shoutout to the excellent service from my server Mr. Riyadh and Ernie, they make my visit a memorable and pleasant dining experience.

Finally I would like to give a huge compliment to the Manager Mr. Muhammad AlKhadhi for his kindness and being hospitable to all the guests and for managing the restaurant a really well manage place to eat and relax.

Well, I would like to highlight my dinner experience this time after a day, I visited again P.F. Chang’s Le Mall branch. This time another excellent service from Hussein and the wonderful leadership, the branch manager Mr. Mohammad AlKhadhi and his assistant Mr. Jena.

This time I order Mongolian Beef and Dynamite Shrimp Roll and for my friend he ordered Kung Pao Shrimp, the foods are first rate in quality, perfect quantity and super delicious to the last bite.

Our complimentary sticky toffee pudding is to die for.

Definitely a place for whole family to enjoy delicious foods with the very cousy, welcoming and romantic ambience.

Money worth and fine dining experience as always. Really babalik- balikan ko ito...

A breakdown of my first and maybe last visit to PF Chang's. Giving four stars because I absolutely loved their Dynamite shrimp and Sweet & Sour chicken plate. However, we didn't like their beef fried rice (it tasted like it was cooked with duck and not beef), it had a weird taste to it, and even my husband had the same comment. The chicken Lo Mein noodles were average. I could eat them for half the price and same quality elsewhere.

What was MOST annoying about this experience was how we were ignored by waiters for a long time before ordering and how nagging our waiter was. Our waiter kept suggesting larger portions for us. We were a couple and we wanted the regular size from Dynamite shrimp, but he kept saying the portion isn't suitable for 2, but we insisted, and it turned out even larger than we expected! He also wanted us to order seafood noodles (a more expensive plate) and change the seafood to chicken, which would basically just make us pay more. He didn't make sense at all and he appeared as if he just wanted us to pay more for our order overall. What's more, he kept nagging us about downloading the Aura app, despite our obvious disinterest. I wish I would've read his name badge because he ruined our experience. Honestly, not a restaurant worth going to and paying that much money as well. Very...

The restaurant is good..just got 50 mins waiting and the people at the gate wont let us stand at the side.if we sit on the stairs away from the entrance of the restaurant then also the olice will send us away like we are beggars..

Now coming to the ambience inside..the place is amazing ..our server was Rayan..he was very sweet to us..took really good care of us..

About the food...

Their home brewed ginger beer is amazing ..good zing of ginger ..not to overpower your palette but enough to make it clear that its actually "ginger" beer..

Then next would be the dynamite shrimp..its a basic necessity to be ordered at P.F.Changs.. It was invented here..its the original and true to its name it doesnt get better than this ..Dynamite shrimp was amazing ..sweet,spicy,creamy shrimp .

Then we ordered the chicken dumplings..the sauce was sweet..would have been better if the sauce would have been spicy

Then we ordered the dali chicken and the chicken fried rice..

The rice was good..true to quality of food..

The only let down of the night was the dali chicken..it tasted horrible..seems like the chef forgot the flavour combinations or just tried to create something extra ordinary but failed.

I wouldnt recommend the dali chicken..rest all 4 items were good..

Would definitely come back..keep...
