Service 8/10 there's no receptionist to handle the waiting list. However once you entered they're very accommodating and definitely will find you a table. there no manager visit to check if everything went well. there's no cutleries and plates, you should request, then they'll provide you. there's no specific waiter to handle the guest and hard to recognize them as they're not wearing uniform. waiter is unaware about the menu and no suggestive selling. the first food arrived in 20 minutes which is acceptable during peak hours But the isaw took approximately 35 minutes. the lady cashier was very friendly which makes this visit more safistactory.

Ambient 9/10 -Outside seat available crowded lightings and decorations was nice -There's one post Infront of the stage which covering the the performers.

Cleanliness waiter didn't remove empty plates, glass, used tissue. toilets are good but dirty due to overused, there's one toilet for both men and women.

Value 8/10 -Live performers with very good talent in singing. -the lemonade was perfect but little bit pricey Spaghetti was normal nothing special but good for 2 person and with reasonable price. isaw needs improvement 3 pcs for 20 Sr not even grilled it's boiled then fried. chocolate milk shake was good.

Another filipino food restaurant you really need to visit.

Ambiance is perfect from outside for the coming cold weather, even the space inside is quite comfortable. Lights are perfect not too bright not too dim. You can perfectly see the food in good presentation.

The sounds from their singers was fine. I don't like too much noise,that you really need to shout while chatting with your friends or to your date.

Staffs are accommodating too.

We tried their Sizzling Bulalo which is Beef shanks in veggies and creamy sauce, their Chicken alfredo and Chicken Isaw. All was served fresh specially the alfredo a must try, though the sizzling Bulalo was not that sizzling I mean it is not smoking hot when they served, still the meat tasted good and tender, veggies are crunchy and tasty too. Chicken Isaw (Grilled Chicken Intestine) was good.

For the drinks we ordered the Classic mojito and blueberry mojito which is good though average.

They are serving also beer without alcohol of course.

Over all our experience was great.

I must say the ambiance was really adding points to enjoy your stay.

One of the recommended place to hang out and chill. Totally love the feels of the place, the management is accomodating. The food is good for sharing I personally love the Halo Halo. Deymn it was large! I love music and the times i visited the restaurant I was totally entertained! The band presenting was the Moonrock Band! They are awesome entertainers, talented and totally approachable. They even invite other talented people to sing with them AND they even support the "jammers" in their songs. I mean not every band can be THAT accomodating! They can also play any song you request. I personally experienced it singing for the first time in front of the audience. They totally had my back! Thank you guys! your talents totally rocked the stage of Kuys Restaurant! Keep on playing there!I recommended people to watch you!
