Stepping into Noble felt like being transported straight to the heart of Old Damascus. The ambiance of the restaurant was absolutely captivating, reminiscent of the grand courtyards of traditional Syrian homes. The intricate woodwork, colorful stained-glass windows, and the soothing trickle of a central fountain created a setting that was both charming and deeply nostalgic. It was like walking into a slice of history, carefully preserved to deliver an authentic experience. The menu at Noble was a testament to the richness and diversity of Syrian cuisine. Having tried most of the dishes, I can confidently say that every bite was a celebration of flavor, texture, and aroma. From the moment the freshly baked manakish arrived at the table, warm and fragrant, I knew I was in for a treat. The appetizers were a delightful start. The creamy, smoky mutabbal, perfectly balanced tabbouleh with its bright burst of parsley and lemon, and the velvety smooth hummus were standouts. Each dish was served with fresh, pillowy bread that paired beautifully with the dips. The main courses were nothing short of spectacular. The kibbeh was crispy on the outside, tender and perfectly spiced on the inside. The shish tawook was succulent and flavorful, marinated to perfection, while the fattet hummus was a revelation—layers of crunch, creaminess, and just the right hint of garlic. One of the highlights was the mashawi, a platter of expertly grilled meats that were juicy and aromatic. It came alongside fragrant rice and roasted vegetables, completing a feast fit for royalty. The yabraq (stuffed grape leaves) were equally unforgettable, each bite bursting with savory and tangy notes. To round off the meal, the dessert menu offered a delightful array of Syrian sweets. The knafeh, with its golden, crispy exterior and gooey, cheesy center, was heavenly. Paired with a cup of strong, aromatic Arabic coffee, it was the perfect way to end the evening. The service at Noble was exceptional. The staff were attentive, warm, and eager to share the stories behind the dishes, adding a personal touch to the dining experience. In summary, Noble offers more than just a meal—it’s a journey into the soul of Syrian culture and cuisine. The flavors are vibrant and authentic, the atmosphere enchanting, and the experience unforgettable. Whether you’re a fan of Middle Eastern food or new to it, this is a place that will leave you yearning for another visit.

"Nobles Restaurant is a true gem for anyone who loves authentic Syrian cuisine. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with warm hospitality and a beautifully decorated space that captures the essence of Syrian culture. The atmosphere is cozy yet elegant, making it perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. The menu offers a fantastic variety of traditional Syrian dishes, each bursting with rich flavors and made with high-quality ingredients. The kebabs are perfectly grilled, the hummus is smooth and flavorful, and the freshly baked bread adds an authentic touch to every meal. One of the standout dishes is the shawarma—juicy, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. Their appetizers and desserts, like the baklava, are equally impressive and showcase the true artistry of Syrian cuisine. The service at Nobles Restaurant is top-notch. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always eager to recommend dishes or accommodate special requests. It’s evident that they take great pride in providing an exceptional dining experience. Whether you’re a fan of Middle Eastern food or trying Syrian cuisine for the first time, Nobles Restaurant is a must-visit. The combination of delicious food, great ambiance, and excellent service makes it a place you’ll want to return to again and again!"

We wanted to try this place for a while, and here we are! This is a Syrian oriental restaurant with some international dishes. It has a big dining area and fountains which create a welcoming ambiance. We ordered onion soup 2/5: the onion tasted raw, it needed way more caramelization and time to be better. Arugula beet salad 5/5: perfect balance between fruit and leaves with dressing. Batata harra (spicy potatos) 3/5: the potato cubes were perfectly crunchy but way too much raw garlic and chili slices on top. Cordon blue 3/5: the mashed potatoes tasted old and funky, the chicken itself was ok, not very good . Kibbeh belaban (kibbeh with yogurt) 3/5: tasted average, kibbeh itself was thick crust but the yogurt sauce was good. Yabraq (stuffed vine leaves with lamb chops) 4/5: one of the best dishes we tried, perfect amount of acidity and the vine leaves are cooked well, soft and tender. Kids spaghetti 3/5: the pasta is overcooked and soft. In the end they served us complementary tea, it was real good 👍 Overall, my advice would be to try to avoid the international dishes and stick to the oriental food here! I would come and try other Syrian dishes but on the discounted times as the prices are a bit high!

Nobles Restaurant in Riyadh, KSA offers traditional dishes with a touch of western and Italian cuisine that will surely entice the taste buds of all ages.

The facade of the establishment looks like a palace and the materials used to construct the building were impressive, it feels like you're going back in time. You won't get disapointed once you enter the restaurant. You will appreciate the entire ambiance, the chandelier, proper lighting, floral decorations, backround music and not to forget the cleanliness.

The restaurant offers play room for the kids as well as prayer room both for gentlemen and ladies.

The positioning of the tables are strategic, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant also offers a family room and partitions available upon request.

When someone is entering the establishment they were greeted warmly by a receptionist that will escort them to their table. Once seated, customers will be shortly introduced to their assigned waiters. The waiting time for food and drink orders were swift specially during peak hours as per my observations.

The front of the house staffs starting from management level down to waiters were all accommodating and professional. They will ensure that the customers are not only full by their delicious offerings, each customers are also treated like a Royalty and respect.

As per everyone's safety, the establishment is equipped with in house security cameras in their public areas. They also have a lost and found policy being monitored every operation.

Each dining experience at Nobles Restaurant will surely be remembered because of their outstanding service and wide variety of food choices.

Not to forget that the team also offers a scoop of complimentary gelato ice cream for toddlers and small children.

Well done for the great...

We tried Nobles today and we will for sure come again. It all starts with the authentic ambiance of the restaurant that takes you back to old Syrian settings with the water fountain at the entrance and the sound of water, birds and calmness that meets you. The restaurant is big in space. We were supported by Mohamed Attar who added his own touch in order taking. He provided very genuine and honest feedback and recommended the best based on our preferences. He also had that nice touch of dealing with my young one. Mohamed Shabir was also there to support in bringing the food from the kitchen and last cleanups and did that very discretly and nicely. We tasted their fatoush, water crescent with halloumi salad and hommos for appetizers and they all did not fail on taste. Our mains were the mixed barbecue, freekeh, pumpkin with chanks which we requested be served with rice and finally mansaf. They all were exquisite and tasty. Yet if you like the stuffed pumpkin from the Armenian cuisine, the stuffed pumpkin at Nobles has a way different taste to it as it is served with plain yellow rice or freekeh, chanks and with honey, without nuts or dried fruits, so order it keeping that in mind 😊. The cherry on top of the cake was that for each main, the other one was for free; an offer they have from Saturday to Wednesday. A Definitely recommended place to try if you are craving or wanting to try...
