Very bad service and very rude , we entered the first part to sit in like any normal cafe and they come tell us if we don’t order hookah we should sit in the other part and when we went to the other part the Egyptian waiter told us you can’t have only drinks you must have dessert with the order as it is a dessert shop and if not then you should go away as we also tried desserts here and it was very bad and pricy

We entered with our personal items and it was inside the bag and we didn’t bring any food outside of this bags and the staff inside didn’t even say any word about entering with our personal bags and it was not even sweets so stop lying about...

This is really a nice place, great atmosphere, good service except at the end we were looking for any of the workers or service people just to draw their attention so that we can pay the bill and leave. No one was hardly around outside to help unless you wait for someone to pass by. Am used to places where the main seating person or manager to keep an eye on customers, so if you raise your hand, they immediately come to you or send a service person.
