My friend and i went with low expectations and expectations were met appropriately. Starting with a horrendous queue with no organization and staff members contributing to the chaos. Followed by the cold and apathetic cashier that provided no help and was rushing the line. The food atleast was brought to the humble âseatingâ which constituted of steel pain in the behind and a table that could probably fit one of the meals barely. The waiter that provided our food was respectful enough however his interaction was overwritten by another vulgar and vindictive behavior of his colleague who was accusing us of disconnecting a power outlet for no apparent reason and did not even consider to apologize after his false accusation. (To the egyptian guy wearing thick glasses, i hope you were just having a bad day and youre not just an unpleasant protuberance for the world). Now to the core of the misfortunate encounter, the food. Not a single spice other than oil was added to the chicken with the rockhard exterior. The tenders were far from tender, the fries are just there for decoration, the cheese was a stale pool of bacteria, however the rice was at the very least edible. Furthermore, the cheese fountain machine is a lab disaster waiting to happen. To top the lovely evening, there was extremely poor crowd control as we were pestered continuously by beggars, salespeople, and unfortunately the guy in the glasses. This restaurant truly does not deserve the prestigious location it has been provided. Thank you very much, but...

First Impressions: Chaos from the Start.
The hype around this place made me expect greatness, but reality hit fast. A 10-minute wait just to order due to a snaking line was the first red flag. The crowd was overwhelming, and the staff seemed visibly stressedâlikely from understaffing or poor management. Please open more then one counters....
The Food: Mediocre at Best We ordered the "Cheese Fountain Deal" (chicken broast + fries), their star attraction. Sadly, it was a letdown:
Chicken Broast: Average at bestânothing special compared to other spots in town.
French Fries: Cold, soggy, and dripping oilâlike theyâd been sitting out for ages.
Khubz (Bread):Dry and stale.
Cheese Fountain:A complete fail. It malfunctioned throughout our meal, with staff frantically trying to fix the electricity instead of addressing the issue properly.
Terrible Ambience: No Space, No Privacy
Cramped & Chaotic: Tables and chairs are jammed together, forcing diners to bump into each other just to sit or leave.
Zero Privacy: Feels like eating in a crowded bus stationâloud, messy, and uncomfortable.
Awful Service: No Accountability Staff vanished when complaints were raisedâno apologies, no solutions.
Managerâs Response when the complain was raised......no solution presented about the money spended for a particular service.
A total...

I had the absolute misfortune of dining at this so-called chicken balalm restaurant, and let me just sayânever again. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this place has no concept of customer service. The staff moved at a snailâs pace, taking an eternity to prepare the order, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy.
Seating? Forget about it. There was no indoor space, and while they did have an outdoor area, it was completely useless because it was raining, andâshockinglyâthere was no shade or covering. When we asked the manager for a solution, he was not just unhelpful but outright rude, as if we were bothering him for daring to expect basic hospitality.
Now, onto the food. The chicken was large in size, which might seem like a plusâuntil you actually take a bite. It had absolutely no flavor. Bland, lifeless, and lacking even the slightest hint of spice. The only way to make it remotely edible was by drowning it in garlic sauce, which, to be fair, was the only semi-decent part of the meal. But letâs be realâif the only thing saving your chicken is a condiment, youâre doing it all wrong.
In conclusion, this place is a complete waste of time and money. Slow service, terrible management, no proper seating, and flavorless food. Even for the price, itâs not worth it. I wouldnât return if they paid me...
