The Red Pasta Cup — Restaurant in Municipality of Olaya

I ordered a cup of Alfredo Pasta with chicken. The flavor was acceptable, however, the pasta was overcooked, and the cup contained burnt chicken and pasta, detracting from the overall enjoyment of the meal. I had hoped for a more carefully prepared dish.

Furthermore, the price of 48 SAR for a cup of pasta seemed excessive, especially considering the portion size, which I found insufficient even for a 15-year-old. There is room for improvement in both the quality of the food and the serving sizes to provide better value.

Uncooked food, items missing from order. When raised the complaint supervisor didn’t take any action instead clearly told me im lying n his staff put everything. He thought at 2am im calling to get refund n creating all this drama. According to him he is educated but sorry he was a poor listener n unprofessional employee instead of apologizing he disrespected me. Just to tell him he is getting paid because we customers are ordering if he doesn’t know how to respect his customer then he should go back from where he came. So I ordered through HungerStation a Mac&Cheese Bowl. I received white sauce soup (ALOT OF SAUCE) and spaghetti. I called the place to give my honest feedback. Mr.Sayyed (The SuperVisor) kept being in defense mode lecturing me that a Mac&Cheese should be white sauce and not Yellow/Cheddar based like the pictures. I honestly will never ever try this place ever again. It is good to admit to mistakes Mr.Sayyed next time...
