One of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a while.
I ordered the Richy Truffle Burger, and it was honestly one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. The burger was completely bland and lacked even basic seasoning or flavour. The patty was dry, tasteless, and felt like it was just thrown in without much thought. To make it worse, the burger was overloaded with lettuce, making it soggy and wet. There was no sauce to hold the flavours together or add moisture. Overall, a big letdown — 4.5/10.
We also ordered the Coleslaw Chicken, which was slightly better. The chicken was crispy, and the flavour was okay, but it was extremely dry. With some more sauce, this could have been a really good dish. I’d rate it 6/10.
The Cajun Fries were probably the worst item of the night. Soggy, lacking crispiness, and many of them were undercooked with that raw potato taste — worse than frozen fries — 3/10.
The Chicken Strips were surprisingly the best dish of the night. They were crispy, well-seasoned, and full of flavour. This was the only dish I genuinely enjoyed — a solid 7/10.
We also tried the Maple Shrimp — it was decent, not bad but nothing special either — 6.5/10.
Lastly, we ordered their new Dates Brownie for dessert. Personally, I didn’t like it at all. It was way too dense and heavy for my taste. The flavour was fine, but the texture ruined it for me. Overall, I’d rate it 6/10.
Service was pathetic. The food arrived extremely late, and we were honestly about to leave. Service rating — 3/10.
The ambiance was the only saving grace, especially on the second floor which was well done. Unfortunately, ambiance alone isn’t enough.
Overall, a bad experience — 5/10....
Read moreThis spot has been on our radar for ages, and I’m thrilled to say it absolutely lived up to the hype. The experience was nothing short of fantastic, meeting every expectation we had. I highly recommend trying the C Box (8.9/10) and the Richy Truffle (8.8/10). While both burgers share a similar flavor profile, the Richy Truffle stands out with its refined touch, thanks to the black seeds on the bun and the luxurious truffle sauce that elevate its taste.
However, our excitement was dampened by the hassle we faced with the order. We placed a self-pickup order through HungerStation, expecting to dine in as a family, something restaurants usually accommodate with ease and hospitality. Unfortunately, we had to request our food to be served and ended up dining in with the takeaway packaging. While the food was exceptional, this inconvenience took away from what could have been a seamless experience.
Additionally, it would be wonderful if the restaurant could consider adding partitions to ensure privacy for female customers, especially those who wear face veils. Burgers can get messy, and offering a more private setup would make the dining experience much more comfortable. Small touches like this can have a big impact on making customers feel at ease and...

Its crowded sometimes but they always manage to take care of it so there won't be any reservations required no matter the branch im in, theres always a seat 🙏🏻
Almost by now I've tried everything on the menu, and all of the items are really 😋
My favorite burgers are the Richy Truffle burger (beef), Coleslaw Sriracha burger (chicken), and the Original CB (beef)
For the side dishes, i recommend ordering either the parmesan truffle fries or cajun spicy so yummy and crispy
As for the starters,
the crispy chicken strips were topp and comes with a side sauce 🔥
I Also love their boneless buffalo wings if u order it then no need for a salad in my opinion.. because the lettuce was enough👌🏻
For the fries plates i tried the mix style fries and cheesy style fries, they are both good but my favortie is the cheesy style fries cause the mix style fries has a taste of honey which im not a fan of but other than that it was great
For the drinks i usually prefer to go for a soda, plus they have a free refill
Also have tried their Fuzzy Passion Fruit...
