I recently had the most appalling experience at the Tranzit Bar in Belgrade, which I feel compelled to share with others. I went there with a group of friends, six of us in total, and we were excited to enjoy a night out in what we heard was one of the popular clubs in the city. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different from our expectations.
Despite the hot summer evening, my friend and I chose to dress in casual track-shorts which are not only comfortable but also in line with the club's explicitly stated 'casual' dress code policy. This choice turned out to be a nightmare as we faced a completely unprofessional and unacceptable response from the security personnel present at the venue.
A particular staff member, an older, heavier-set man, treated us with outright disrespect. From the moment we tried to purchase our tickets, he physically pulled me by the arm, making derogatory comments about our attire. He made snide remarks, saying we looked like we were headed for a gym rather than a club. He further aggravated the situation by continually questioning why we were asking him about the dress code, insinuating we shouldn't even question his authority.
This individual not only antagonized us with his demeaning behavior but also escalated his hostility to the point of issuing threats. He was overly aggressive, and it felt like he was channeling his personal frustrations onto us, the customers. It was extremely unprofessional behavior, and it's a wonder we didn't call the police on the spot.
My friends and I were shocked and appalled by the mistreatment we received that night. The behavior exhibited by the security staff member was scandalous and an absolute disgrace. Not only did it ruin our evening, but it also left a lasting negative impression about the Tranzit Bar.
I strongly advise against visiting this venue. No one should be subjected to such treatment, and it's evident that this club does not value or respect its patrons. The Tranzit Bar has clearly failed in providing a safe, welcoming environment for its customers, and this incident has convinced me...
Read moreThe establishment has a strange face-control. People come out in shorts))) but they won't let me in in my PalmAngels&Missoni suit. It's really funny to see old people at the entrance who think that expensive branded clothes are worse than Shorts))) if you position yourself as a premium establishment, put a person at the entrance who will understand clothes and follow the dress code! Angry old man security who don’t understand nothing about style! if the management of this place thinks that my suit is worse than Shorts then no problem! if the management thinks that my suit is appropriate then it is worth reviewing your staff at...
Read moreI live in Canada but my nationality is Serbian and I love it here in Serbia. Every time I come here I come to tranzit right away. The best club I’ve been to by far great atmosphere so much fun drinks aren’t overpriced. Definitely recommend coming here to club and the bartenders/staff are overly nice even though they are stressed and overworking as it’s always full. All the clubs I go to staff are always pissed and rude but I give...
