Good Dumplings(Brankov) — Restaurant in City of Belgrade

My favorite experience in Belgrade. The first time I went, when the place just reopened under new ownership, I was lucky enough to see how they made the dumplings. They roll the dumpling wrappers by hand, fill, carefully fold them, and weigh them on a scale for uniformity. These are the most delicate, thin-skinned dumplings (as they should be)! They are tasty and fresh.

I have been here 5 times now, and they are consistent and have generous portions for the price. They work fast, so you don’t wait too long for food despite how labor-intensive dumplings are to make. Owners work hard but always greet customers with a smile! The atmosphere is very familiar, like all the Asian family-owned businesses back home in the U.S.; the interior is bright and cheerful with Chinese music playing. Tables are always clean. The dining room is small, with four tables, but I have never waited for a table. If you have a large group, best call ahead just in case. Front staff speak English and Serbian.

As for food: Highly recommend fried dumplings, especially the vegetable dumplings—taste is how I make it back at home! The chili sauce is also fantastic—it is not usually spicy, but it is extremely delicious atop dumplings or even just on rice! One order of dumplings is 15 pieces, so you can easily feed two people (especially if you order soup or rice to combine with the dumplings)…or eat all 15 yourself and leave satisfied 😋 Cost is around 700 din average for a plate of 15 dumplings, less than 200 din if you want to add rice. Sauce is 50 din extra, but usually 1 is enough for me as the dumplings are flavorful enough alone (I just love to eat it with vinegar or chili).

Ordered delivery on Wolt once, which took a while due to my location on the other side of the city, but the food arrived still warm, freshly made, and...

The best dumplings I have ever tried! And incredibly cheap too! The serving is 15 dumplings. They're huge and delicious. The meat was incrdibly tasty and soft, and I loved the corn mixed inside. The dumplings dough was super delicious and light. I felt so full and happy that I found this place ☺️ The lady who served us was super kind, she spoke English perfectly and we also paid by card. It's a small, intimate restaurant that makes you feel like home. I loved the decor, the music and atmosphere - everything was so authentic. The ice tea we got was so so good. The lady even gave us some candy at the end! I would love to be able to go there again someday - make sure you give this...

A very nice tiny tiny Chinese restaurant which is on my preferred list of places in Belgrade. Restaurant located on the corner of the street, owners are super friendly. This Restaurant is specialized for dumplings. The dumplings are handmade and they offer many varieties. You can sometimes watch them preparing the dumplings. Amazing and authentic Like in China!!! Vegetable, chicken and Beef fillings are offered. I recommend to order the fried beef dumplings with a sweet chili sauce, and for taste comparism boiled Dumplings with soja sauce. Family is very kind and service speaking very nice english. Strongly recommend to go and eat here. Or.... Order food...
