They are that bad that I have no strength even to write a review. My food was oversaturated with oil and salt. Waiter has his opinion on what can and can't be done by the kitchen. After taste was hard to get rid of.
Response to Restaurant: Thank you for taking the time to reply. Regarding the photo I shared. It accurately reflects the excessive amount of oil in the dish. I want to clarify that I ate the food because I was extremely hungry, not because I enjoyed it. My wife barely touched her meal, which wasn't modified at all.
You mentioned that I requested ingredient modifications. What actually happened was concerning. The waiter initially told us it couldn't be done and that he is sure of it, which is both untrue and unprofessional. Only after we insisted that he check with the kitchen did your staff confirm that modifications were, of course, possible. This interaction alone nearly prompted us to leave, but I was hungry and there are limited options in the area that meet my dietary needs. I stayed because I'd had good experiences at your restaurant before.
When the food arrived, it was immediately apparent that both the salt and oil levels were excessive. This was never an issue during my previous visits. My assumption is that cream typically balances these flavors, but since it was removed, the dish was poorly balanced.
While I understand you might attribute this to my modifications, my wife's unaltered burger was equally problematic. It had an unpleasant oily aftertaste, and she could barely eat it.
In addition, it was obvious we were dissatisfied, yet the waiter cleared our plates without asking if anything was wrong. The entire experience was extremely disappointing.
The oily aftertaste stayed with me all day despite attempts to mask it with strong coffee.
I'm genuinely disappointed to write this, as there are few restaurants where I can comfortably eat, and yours was one of them. While the presentation of food was nice, that is where the positives ended.
I hope that you invest more time into this then people at the restaurant did. I am writing this detailed feedback not to damage your reputation, but because I genuinely want to see if you are listening and willing to make improvements. As a former satisfied customer, I hope you will take...

The steak potatoes came nearly cold, probably only badly reheated. We were offered immediate replacement of whole portion. It came warm but still with the impression of having been pre cooked...and.."re-ovened"😬. Not the best part of the lunch. A variety of freshly squeezed juices mixes was tempting . But already bottled...which means it is no more "freshly squeezed" because even if you do it at home, any juice will oxidize, after very short time, and the taste will be altered. Raw cake chocolate/hazelnut was nothing worth keeping souvenirs of. I'll try the panna cotta next time. You can also buy...

Today my husband and I ordered food and drinks. We got the drinks soon. In half an hour I asked a waiter how long is to wait for food. He answered that we didn’t order any food, I insisted that we did. Then he told us that we had cancelled the order. We had not.
Instead of trying to change the situation, for example, suggest to take the order for food so we could finally eat, the waiter kept on blaming it on us.
It was very important for him to persuade us, that we had cancelled the order.
We paid for drinks and left hungry and...
