Restoran-Bar Maglič — Restaurant in Raska Municipality

Very upsetting experience. We were here on the 28th of December. We were asked by the staff to wait for the table which was fine, but after waiting we didnt receive new table clothing and they didn't wipe down the crumbs from the guests before us. We were fine with this also because it was a little bit busy and there were only 2 waiters in the non smoking area. We received the menu and when we wanted to order something they told us that they didn't serve soups or cooked meals after 6 pm. This was nowhere on the menu and frankly that was kind of unpleasant because we skied all day and we wanted a hot meal.After tha, next to us were sitted two guys and they received soup, literally next to us. We asked the waiter about it and he said that one of the guys was the son of the manager and that's why he got soup. We found it very unprofessional, they should've been placed somewhere else if they were eating something that others couldn't get, it's common sense. The waiter had no fault in this, the management and their customer service was just plain rude. We were paying guests and couldn't receive what we wanted because we weren't the manager's son. Also they served beer in a hot glass that was chipped and they mistook the order in the first place, but this could be because of language barrier. Also we didn't receive napkins. For last three days my boyfriend and I were ordering food, as take-away, from this restaurant, because the food was fine. Today we experienced unprecedented situation. My boyfriend payed the bill via card, and after the payment proceed, the waiter expressed 3 times that the tip is not included in the price, literaly asking for the tip. The waiter kept repeating that the tip is not included and kept the food beside himself, apparently refusing to pass the ordered and payed food before getting his tip. Only when my boyfriend gave him generous tip, the waiter agreed to pass him already...

Kastrofalna usluga i ponašanje! Posle toliko godina kao redovna mušterija, danas sam na žalost doživeo potpuno ne poštovanje i još neverovatan bezobrazluk. Do sada bezbrojinih puta sam doručkovao i ručao u ovom restoranu. Takođe više puta sam naručio hranu za poneti bez ikakvih problema. Međutim danas sam doživeo neverovantno i bezobrazno iznenađenje. Posle narudžbine preko telefona kad sam došao do restorana da pokupim hranu (porcija palačinke) rečeno mi je da ista nije spremna zato što su u gužvi, bez obzira da telefonom mi je rečeno biće spremno za 20 min. Konobar kaže mi da moram da sačekam još 10 min. i biće spremna porudžbina, na to kažem ok i čekam. Međutim posle 25 min. od potpunog ignorisanja od strane konobara rečeno mi je da ne mogu da spremaju hranu zato što porudžbina je primljjena od "kolege" koji nije tu i nije smeo da je primi odn. da oni ne spremjau hranu za poneti!?. U tom trenutku, posle više od 50 min. čekanja nisam mogao da verujem šta to čujem. Hladno su me svi iskulirali (konobari, valsnik ili menadžer) i rekli su da ako ne mogu više da čekam, da mogu da odem. Nemam reči! Od restorana koji sam smatrao jedan od najboljih na Kopu takvo neprijatno iskustvo nisam očekivao. Sigurno neće me više videti!

Sa vašim odgovorom samo dokažete da je tačno ono što sam gore naveo. Ukoliko nije bilo moguće poručiti palačinke do 12h onda ste samo morali da mi to odmah kažete i sve bi bilo rešeno. Međutim ste mislili da je pametno da me sve vreme lažete kako i sad nastavite da radite. Jeste porudžbina je urađena u 9.15h, otišao sam iz vašeg "mesta" posle 10h, jel možete sami da računate koliko vremena je prošlo? Sve ono što se desilo i sad takav odgovor je vrlo dobar razlog da ne dolazim više kod vas i da isto preporučim svim mojim prijateljima i...
