Alo Alo — Restaurant in Raska Municipality

That was a very unpleasant experience at the restaurant that almost spoilt our whole vacation. After calling 5 times to make a reservation and nobody spoke English (they even rejected calls when heard English just said "No-No" and rejected), they made a mistake with our reservation on the day it happened. We were a big group and when we arrived they just did not excuse even, and did not try to organize something. Very unprofessional and even arrogant behaviour from waiters and manager. They showed us obviously wrongly transferred time for our booking (as we saw correct time on previous page), but they did not admit it and instead said that we were late. All this spoilt our evening and we were there for 2 days, children became nervous as we could not find another place for a big group on Saturday evening and that would make us probably never return to the resort because of this unacceptable and rude attitude of the personnel of restaurant Alo-Alo. Today I went to Alo alo to get a reservation, there I was told they don’t do reservations and that they will have tables. Later on me and my family come by at the time we said, when we where told they don’t have tables and their all reserved. We are now very frustrated with this since we have been lied to and even that they have policies to give tables to speciel kind of people. What a dream. We went there because its the only place around with a non-smokers area that we found, but it turned out that it had much more to offer - absolutely perfect food, went there three days in a row and everything we tried was stunning. The staff was friendly and helpful, and found ways to make a joke even when we didn't speak the same language. Live music in the afternoon, can get a bit loud but its not intrusive.
