The interior and ambiance is the best Kopaonik has to offer outside of the hotels. It offers a warm atmosphere perfect for winters nights and the terrace is nicely decorated with an actual effort put into it, in difference from the other, more generic ones, in the circle. On my first visit a year ago, staff indeed was unwelcoming as many pointed out, but this year the waiter was polite and realized every request I had so there is a chance they improved their service but I can’t say for sure from one visit. I ordered cappuccino, which came with a nice foam and good size cappuccino cup (very different from what is usually offered in Kopaonik) but the coffee itself was overly bitter and not pleasant at all. It lacked a balanced body, acidity was very low and it did not offer any distinct flavor profile, they probably used a cheap dark roast. Food looked good and the offered a vegetarian burger which was very nice to see and, as far as a know, they are the only ones in Kopaonik...

I had heard about the live music and wanted to bring my girlfriend for a nice evening, but unfortunately, this bar was a huge disappointment. If you don’t have a reservation from Thursday to Sunday, don’t even bother showing up. They completely overbook the place, and even standing on the side to enjoy the band isn’t an option. The waiter flat-out told us they had taken too many reservations and made it clear that we weren’t welcome.

This place prioritizes packing in as many people as possible over customer experience. They don’t care about accommodating guests or making anyone feel valued because they know new customers will keep coming regardless. I wouldn’t recommend...

Rude staff! They ignore your reservation. We booked a table for 7pm, for dinner, neither the table waited for us nor they were eager to find one (we got a bar table for dinner). After all, we were told to than we could stay by 8.30pm and it was apparantly our fault we had not asked to prolong this as there was a quiz. We were not told that while making a reservation. The lady that tried to find the table was rude and told us "I can't deal with thih right now" and she truned her back to us....
