Extremely Disappointing Service - Felt Unwelcome and Rushed

I had dinner at this restaurant and was extremely disappointed with the service. Shortly after finishing our meal, the staff immediately cleared our table, including the candle, while other empty tables still had candles. This made us feel rushed and unwelcome.

After dinner, the staff kept rearranging tables near us, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. We ordered another bottle of wine to stay longer, but then they informed us that we had to spend another 5000 RSD on food just to watch the final performance. This was unreasonable, especially since we had already finished our meal.

During the meal, service was painfully slow. We waited over 20 minutes for our food, despite calling the waiters multiple times. They just waved at us from the bar but did nothing. The staff seemed to prefer standing at the bar rather than actually serving customers.

This experience felt disrespectful and frustrating. I am uncertain if this was due to poor service culture or discrimination against Asians, but I sincerely hope it was not the latter. Regardless, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone and feel compelled to leave a one-star review.

Nakon večere, osoblje je nastavilo da premešta stolove oko nas, što je stvorilo neprijatnu atmosferu. Naručili smo još jednu flašu vina kako bismo ostali duže, ali su nam tada rekli da moramo da potrošimo dodatnih 5000 RSD na hranu kako bismo gledali završni nastup. Great place, great location, food is superb. Feels like a cafe so we didn't expect anything regarding food quality - but apparently the kitchen is out somewhere. Ingredients amazing. Prices are not budget but not high, as expected in a restaurant overlooking the slopes. The place was too loud to sit and feel comfortable. The volume of music was inappropriate during the daytime and you needed to scream your order to the waiter. Staff was rude and unattentive to their customers, took a really long time to get a menu from a waiter. Moreover when I asked a waiter whowas passing by for a menu, I was told that It wasn't his region quite rudely. There are other places on Kopaonik with similar prices and much much better service.
