After paying almost 700€ per room/day with half board included, I found out that in this half board, you even have to pay for still water (5€ bottle). Also, ifyou want to drink a good espresso in the morning, that will also cost you about €6. The food at the hotel is absolutely normal, nothing special. The same food every morning and every night. After 2-3 days you actually get bored of the same food. ||On the other hand, the food at the hotel restaurant is very good (the only plus). |Even so, when I wanted to order Waygo beef, I was told that the minimum portion of Waygo beef is 800g, Yes, read that correctly, 800g. Who can eat 800g??? And everybody knows what is the price for Wyagu||If you want to stay in the lobby to socialise, many times it is impossible, because many tourists come from outside the hotel. Also, the people can smoke in the lobby, and if you were with children, it was iimpossible to stay because of the cigarette and cigar smoke. ||Another things that you should know is that you can stay at the pool for a maximum of 2 hours. After these 2 hours you are obliged to leave the pool for 30-60 minutes for cleaning ||The offer I received from Viceroy hotel for the same period, with half board included and suite, (not lsuperior family room like we had in Gorski), was €530/night. I chose to pay almost €700, just because of the reviews. So if I chose to pay more, it's because i want top services. And by the way, Viceroy is a 5 stars hotel, not 4 like Gorski||I know it was a pandemic for 2 years and the hotels suffered alot, but what they are doing now with the clients is outrageous. ||And the last thing. When we checked out, we were told that we had a rest of the payment for the accommodation. I told them and showed them that I paid exactly the amount that was entered in the proforma invoice. But they explained to me that after they exchanged the money from euros to Serbian dinars, the hotel lost on the conversion from euros to dinars and I have to pay extra. Indeed, I was really disgusted. I payed, and I walked away||So, be carefull what hotels are you choose in Kopaonik|I personally don't recomand...
Read moreI returned to this famous hotel after 4 years and found the same good services of picking up the car in the hotel's multi-storey car park for 19 euros/day, friendly staff at the reception, friendly maids but like those at the car park, they don't speak English. The food is just as good, fresh and diverse, with impeccable service. You don't have access to tea and coffee in the evening unless you pay! I found the room unmade, without towels, without tea, coffee, water. I requested and they complied but still with shortcomings. The door between the two rented rooms had problems with the handle, it doesn't offer sound insulation. The carpet is stained, the thermostats are non-functional and at night you die of heat if you don't stay with the window open, but there is enough noise from various outside. The second night I couldn't sleep until after 12, because there were 3 Romanian families with children in the neighbourhood and they had a party in the rooms with great disturbance. I went and asked them to be quiet, the hotel guard came twice and they still didn't quiet down until late, lack of education and civilization from them, lack of solution at the hotel! At the SPA you only have two hours and you have to make an appointment, but skipping the part with the appointment and limitation, which has a good side, we couldn't enjoy pleasant temperatures at the pool, in the water, but neither outside nor inside. There are no pleasant adjustments to feel comfortable. The ice machine didn't work, an access door to the outdoor pool was blocked, you can't fully enjoy the outdoor pool!! The fitness room is very small and unventilated. It's a shame that the standards have dropped so much, because it's a nice hotel!! I won't come back here, because it's very easy for many...
Read moreVisited the hotel at the beginning of November. It was a very positive experience since it was not crowded and actually was very calming and pieceful. Rooms are large and very nice. Food is exquisite but must say that we never had souch good deserts in a hotel! Cakes are better than you would expect in pastry shops. Later, we found out that the pastry chef has received a reward for a chief of the year 2023. Spa is nice, but obviously it is not a great experience when you have to be there only 2 hours and then leave to your room. Also, when we went early around noon time, saunas and steam room were not warm enough. Pools were also cold, but they explained that water was changed, and because of that, water was still not warm enough. The jim is in a small dark room without windows and fresh air, quite old and outdated equipment. So the spa area and jim could be improved a lot for a hotel like this. The hotel is very nice, it is a warm and welcoming atmosphere all around. I liked lots of books everywhere so everyone could find something for themselves. The big positive is that they allowed us a late checkout around 13h. The big negative is that on Saturday evening there were 2 private parties with music in the gotel. It was so loud that it felt like they were in the room next to us. We definitely could not sleep, so we went down to check if they have something organised for the guests of the hotel. Obviously, there was nothing. We could not even get a drink, so we could inly sot anoyed in our rooms and wait for the music to be ower (atfer 1 AM) so we could finaly go to sleep. This was a hudge minus from my side and disrespectful towards all the guests...
