Huge hotel, and therfore, the personal doesn't have enough time for guests. Cold reception at the desk, no one to help with the baggage. Rooms are excellent, but the curtains didn't cover the entire window in our room, so be ready for naked running from the bathroom to the bedroom. And most of the rooms are not directly connected with the elevator, so prepare for long walk with the baggage thru the labyrinth of passages. All of the facilities (spa, children playground etc.) closed at 9 pm, so, there is a huge problem what to do after that, especially if you are with kids and it is cold outside as it was in late october. No one to watch for children in the playground in the working hours. Spa is wonderfull, but, when we got at 11 am, only crystal bath and bio sauna were in function-as an explanation, the reception said that there aren't enough guests at the moment and they will put everything in function in the afternoon, when they suppose that it will be more people 🤔. However, in the afternoon it was crowdy, so you still can't use all of the facilities... Almost zero chance that you can find free parking outside, for the garage you pay extra 10 eur per day in the out of season period... And there are free places all around, so awoid that option 😉it is an almost legendery spot on Kopaonik, but now, when you have plenty of others hotels to choose (which was not the case only 10 y. ago) i suggest to pick some of them... Almost same facilities and luxury, but you will see smiles on every face of the staff and better organisation of free time period, especially if you are with kids.

Nikad se u životu nisam osećala više nasamereno i prevareno, koliko tokom petodnevnog boravka ovde sa porodicom. Spoljašnjost hotela kao i ponuda kojom se reklamira je nešto zbog čega mi je duže vreme bio na listi želja za posetiti, međutim, dočekalo me je veliko razočarenje. Hajmo redom.. Dolazak u sobe: stigli oko 14:30, pri rezervacije stavili napomenu da nam treba krevetac za bebu i bukirali family room, da bi starije dete imalo sobu za sebe i krevet. Sobe užasno male, pandan brodskim kabinama, sofa na razvlačenje (krevet za starije dete) nije nameštena (kažu, mi to nameštamo posle 18h), krevetca u sobi nema.. Posle urgencije namestiše oba kreveta, ali je krevetac je bio polomljen,bez mogućnosti za spuštanje stranice (drveni duboki krevetac) i sa dušekom za bebe žutim od milion fleka. Tražim drugi krevetac od sobarice, kaže nema, puni su i to je što je. Kažem da ću se žaliti menadžeru, odmah donosi drugi krevetac, normalan, onaj prenosivi, plići. Higijena u sobama užas, prašine na sve strane, tepih pun fleka, deluje da nije usisan nikad, zidovi puni fleka, vrata sva izgrebana, a u ormanu nas dočekalo posebno iznenađenje: nečiji zaboravljen muški donji veš.. Posle razgovora sa menadžerom o svemu dobili smo još jedno čišćenje sobe (obrisana prašina, sklonjene gaće) i to je to od njih, kažu ne mogu učiniti ništa više. Ista čistačica koja nam je spremila sobu u dolasku "spremala" je svih dana boravka, iako sam zamolila ili da nas prebace u drugu sobu ili da dobijemo drugu čistačicu. U sobama vas sačeka snack i mini bar, cene mnogostruko skuplje nego za isto to u radnji. Kuvala za vodu nema dok ne tražite. Kafe, čajeva ili bilo čega drugog u sobi dostupnog za goste, a da se ne plaća dodatno, nema. Hrana u restoranu: za doručak skoro ista svaki dan, za večeru izbor 4 glavna jela i 4 variva uz par salata, malo voća i kolače. Klopa ukusna, iako izbor skromniji, ima za svačiji ukus po nešto. U restanu je najveći problem higijena.. Osoblja ima i maksimalno neljubaznog, ali i sasvim korektnog, kako na koga naletite. Tanjiri i činije za samoposluživanje budu često izmuzgani i masni, uzmete 4 da bi našli 1 čist. Stolovi se ne brišu nakon predhodnih ljudi koji završe obrok, već se samo preko istog musavog podmetača stavi nov pribor (ne na salvet, pribor stavljaju na taj muzgavi podmetač na kome ko zna ko sve nije jeo pre vas). Doživeli smo da smo ostali u restoranu 15 min nakon isteka vremena za obrok jer nam starije dete jako sporo jede, odmah nam je prišla menadžerka restorana i zamolila nas da izađemo jer je isteklo vreme obroka.. (napominjem, nismo se služili hranom samo smo sedeli za stolom čekajući dete da završi obrok). Inače, gužva u restoranu nenormalna, kada je hotel pun nema dovoljno mesta za sedenje za sve goste, uvek izgubimo puno vremena čekajući da se nešto oslobodi. Spa jako mali, ima par sauna, ljudi sede u kupaćem bez higijenskih peškira ispod sebe i bez tuširanja, nema nikog da ih usmeri kako se koristi sauna.. , opšti cirkus. A, svi prepotentni, puni sebe,.. i gosti i osoblje. Bazeni premali za ovoliki br gostiju, puno dece, neki i bebe kupaju unutra, oseća se urin oko bazena, nismo se okupali ni jedan dan, bilo nam previše fuj svega. Cene paprene.Kao gosti hotela plaćate parking u garaži hotela 1200 din/dan. Spoljne ležaljke oko bazena se rezervišu dan unapred i besplatne su 2h,nakon toga 20€ po osobi. Liftovi premali, uvek puni,čekaju se po 10 minuta. Restoran Garden, klopa ukusna, cene jake, čekali obrok 2h. Seli na ručak, dočekali početak večere. P. S. Lokacija u centru Sunčane doline, napolju je prelepo ko voli prirodu, nudi pregršt aktivnosti i za one koji planiraju da troše pare (kvadovi, avantura park, bob, zip line, žičare) ali i za prave ljubitelje prirode u vidu divnih pešački, trim, bajk staza i vidikovaca na dohvat ruke. P. S. 2 hotel izgleda jako lepo dok se šetate kroz njega, ali osim te našminkane fasade unutrašnjost i kvalitet boravka ispod očekivanog za 4*. Tip gostiju koji dominantno odseda je vrlo tipičnog profila snobova i skorojevića uglavnom, ima normalnih ljudi, ali daleko manje.

Overall, the hotel is decent, with a spa and several dining options. However, there are several areas that need improvement: 1. Service: At the lobby bar restaurant, getting assistance often requires asking multiple times. The staff seem perpetually busy, so even something as simple as bringing a menu can take ages. Simple requests like having pizza packed for take away were refused, I was advised that it is a restaurant, therefore they don’t have take away options, which is at least really weird 😅. Upon check-in, the staff didn’t escort us to our room, leaving us to wander with our luggage to find it ourselves. 2. Dining Experience: We dined at Boco restaurant during their Michelin night and were disappointed. The set menu was tiny and unimpressive, forcing us to order additional items like a steak. The bill came to 61,000 RSD, which felt steep—even by Dubai standards where we live—and this was with only soft drinks. 3. Rooms: The rooms are small and lack soundproofing. You can hear everything, which disrupts the overall comfort. 4. Breakfast: While the breakfast spread was fine, I asked for a coffee with plant-based milk. The staff assured me it wouldn’t be an issue, but I was charged for it without any prior notice. Small details like these ultimately affect the experience and result in an average rating.

Our recent stay at this hotel was a blend of expectations met and areas for improvement. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the room we had confirmed during booking was unavailable. The initial alternative offered—a room with a view—was appreciated, yet it lacked the appropriate bedding configuration, which did not meet our needs. After expressing our concerns, the hotel graciously upgraded us to a suite that exceeded our expectations, but above all - fulfilling the only requirement related to normal beds, not sofa beds, providing a comfortable and luxurious space.

Dining at the Garden Restaurant was a letdown; the high prices did not correspond with the quality of the meals, which we found to be below average. Additionally, there was some confusion regarding a discount voucher provided at the reception, as the waiter seemed unaware of it.

Conversely, the buffet restaurant included in our half-board package was exceptional. The variety, freshness, and taste of the dishes were outstanding, offering a delightful culinary experience. The staff in the spa, buffet restaurant, and housekeeping were all exceptionally friendly and accommodating, contributing positively to our stay.

The spa area was notably well-equipped, offering a comprehensive range of facilities. The massages were generally of high quality; however, one of our friends had a less satisfactory experience. She selected a massage called "Spirit of Kopanik" that, according to the description, included a hot towel component, but unfortunately, this element was omitted during the actual treatment. This oversight slightly diminished the overall experience.

At checkout, we noticed an unexpected minibar charge of approximately €5–6, despite not having used any items from it; considering that the bill we made at the hotel was quite large, the inconvinience of an additional 5-6euros on the bill was unnecessary. Upon raising the issue, the staff promptly corrected the bill without hesitation. While we appreciated the swift resolution, such discrepancies can be inconvenient and ideally should be avoided. 

While there were initial setbacks, the hotel’s efforts to rectify the situation and the overall quality of certain services left us with a favorable impression. We believe there is always room for improvement, but we would definitely consider returning in the future and give the hotel a...

Terrible service, we were charged for many things we did not consume, the staff is rude and arrogant and don't provide proper customer service they barely acknowledge you and your concerns (in more than one occasion the front desk lady was over the phone and basically ignored me while I was at the front desk trying to resolve an issue). They offer packages that fall short of what they promise, they offer a hiking tour who promised to show the beauty of the flora and fauna and is literally just a walk through the mud and swamp, the man who was supposedly leading the tour behaved like he was walking by himself and separated from the group several times and what was supposed to be 3 hours long walk turned into a 5 hour ordeal, they never advised us that we needed to wear boots (since they literally dragged us through the mud) or wear sunscreen long story short my $200 sneakers where ruined and my boyfriend suffered from 2nd degree burns which led us to the ER and caused us a lot of pain and distress, this infamous tour made us missed the pool party which we were promised and due to the incompetence of the guide we missed and even though it was included in our package no one honored this nor did we get a discount. Now the facilities for a 4.5-star hotel were for lack of a better word disappointing, what is supposed to be a luxurious spa is nothing more than a glorified cold shower (supposedly tropical rain) and 3 identical sauna's (which they dared to call Russian and other fancy names) and Ice salty caves which is nothing but a room with too high air conditioning, the beds were dirty and we found mold in the bathroom and the bathroom door was broken by the way and when we went to the front desk to ask for a change of room the lady was again on the phone. If I took the time to tell in detail all the indignity suffer in this trashy hotel this would be a five-page review. STAY AWAY...

Very disappointing experience this time. The standard room is very small, you can't turn around, there is no place for suitcases, it's a shame that such a room is rented at all , some light bulbs don't work, the coffee from the machine smells and is not suitable for drinking, vanity kit boxes empty, open boxes of tea tablets for the coffee and tea machine, only 2 towels per person in the room. In the evening, at the Garden restaurant, this time the atmosphere was scaring. Full of people from the criminal milieu with their own security, and of course there are also people from the political milieu. If, like me, you happen to go to the toilet while one of their girls is in the toilet, you will have the very unpleasant experience of being looked at as a threat and wondering what you are doing in this hotel with this kind of people. This hotel has become the epitome of a world to be avoided (I did not want to accept this but after these 3 days this is unfortenately treu). We saw lots of ugly and deplorable events in these three days. The outdoor pool is cold this year (we've been here 5-6 times since New Year's and has been cold every time) and you can only swim in it, not rest and relax like in previous years. On the other hand, staff has improved significantly and are very polite. Spa massages are relly good and I recommend sports massage after skiing. Go for deluxe rooms and apartments which are really nice, avoid at all cost standard rooms. One more thing I do not like this year is that maids start coming into the room around 09:30 and also the guy checking the minibar and on the chek out day which should be till 11:00, they enter from 09:30 with the remark Oh you haven’t still left. I thought that this was a mistake first time, but after 5-6 visits, I can say that this is policy of the hotel and they should change this since it is not...
